I have ordered several items from this company. The turnaround time on my larger orders took a little longer, but they arrived well-packed and in great condition. I am very satisfied with the high quality of the models. Olive in customer service is first-rate—great communication and support. They took excellent care of me, and I will do business with them again soon. Thank you again for all your help and great products.

The company's customer service is excellent. Their support representative, Olive, answered my queries promptly and honestly. This went a long way toward making Only Games one of the nicest sellers I've done business with. Only Games' products are also top quality and worth the wait, and occasional defects are easily replaced.

Order incorrect, but lighting fast response and replacement products sent immediately.

I placed two orders 5 weeks ago totaling around £100 and raised tickets which were replied to within reasonable time to be fair.
Very poor turnaround time still...
If back orders are a concern I am unsure why they are ramping up sales promotions if they can't handle pending orders?

scam don't deliver what they promise
they fullfill my email with discounts and promotions but once you place an order they can't deliver in time.
they give excuses because "they deliver high quality product so they need time"..like they are the only one in the worlds that prints with a high quality standards -_-..buy more printers if you can't keep up
stay away and buy directly from the main company or other 3rd party companies.

Production time longer than expected but customer servixe Olive has been kind, reactive and patient.
I will buy again from them, being aware of the lead times.

Leaving this review here until the issue is resolved then I'll adjust the rating

I have placed a few orders now, but it's never arrived on time. Once, The order is usually of half-decent quality.

Their use of single-use plastic is also awful; everything is packed in individual blisters

My Trench Crusade minis arrived in excellent condition. There was a single mini missing from my order. When I contacted them they responded in less than 24 hours, offered a replacement free of charge, and shipped it within another 24 hours. Their customer service was kind, easy, and quick. I am incredibly happy with my experience.

Sent an email regarding a packaging error on my order and was answered within 12 hours, and resolved within 24. No fuss or hoops to jump through.

Items took some time to arive 21 days total, but very much worth the wait in my opinion. Between print and shipping times I figure thats not to bad, will definitely be ordering minis again!

So I had an issue with a part of my order (it was quite large) and their customer service took care of it quickly. It took 4 days to receive my missing items and that's impressive since I'm in the US. Their customer service was great and made up for any original issues I had. Also, with as many minis that I ordered I was surprised by how little cleanup I had to do on them!

Like others one of my Trench Crusade minis arrived with faults. It happens with 3D printing, they offered a replacement without any grief or back and forth.

My biggest gripe was the cleaning of the models before curing, the quality is great on the minis but having to go through and do the supports myself is rather annoying.

But, it's not unheard of. Mold lines and have plagued wargaming for decades so this is just a new version of that, in the future I'll just be printing them out myself the overall difference in quality isn't worth the hassle and cost.

The customer service was excellent. They had originally forgotten to send me one of my figures, so I reached out and they sent me a replacement. It took a while, but they were super polite and helpful. However, I do think they should change their packaging system. I don't usually care about how something is packaged, but one of my figures came with his sword a little bent, and I can see how figures can come straight up broken using this method.

I (regrettably) placed x3 orders with this company, mainly because I like Bestiarium Games models. Their website suggested Only Games as the best supplier to order from if you live where I do. I've since contacted them explaining the repeated issues I've had with Only-Games as a customer, and they reckon it's best to order direct from them in future in case there are any other Bestiarium fans out there. Anyway, the Only-Games website states 15 days from order to shipping. On average it's more like 8 weeks and numerous emails chasing this up. I'm still waiting for my last order 3 weeks after being told it was marked as urgent. The standard response from their representative (Olive) references, complex models, meeting print standards, need numerous reprints etc. Now I appreciate there's quality control, I really do but come on. 8 weeks late each order? When the mini's have arrived, the packaging is good and the models have been of decent quality. The issue is the wait, and I have a gut feeling they aren't being honest with me as to the reasons. It's a small world and folk who like games back kickstarters from time to time. I know a couple of kickstarters have out sourced their printing to this company, and I reckon (can't prove) that folk like us are being kicked to the side while they meet those contractual obligations. Meanwhile they contimue to bombard you with emails about sales etc, with no capacity to meet the orders. Could be wrong, but it's what I think makes sense. Anyway, I'll be thinking twice about any further orders, or backing kickstarters that use them. If you're willing to wait indefinitely though, then I can vouch for the print quality and packaging.

I placed an order on April 7th, they said that the wait time was 15 days, given that my order was Hounds Physical Pack PH I thought it might be closer to 20 days, after 3 weeks I messaged them and they didn't answer me until May 13th stating that "their ticket system bugged" and that "they would make my order a priority" it is almost 2 months and after every update that I ask, they just keep saying that "they will forward it so it is a priority order".

Do not buy from them, they just keep accepting orders that they will not fullfill.

I have bumped up the score as Only Games Customer Services are really quite good - polite and professional. They quickly processed my request for a refund. I was offered the chance of the product maybe being printed that day or the day after but as we were 10 days after the initial “up to 15 working days” delivery deadline I went ahead with the refund. Worth noting though the delivery range is now up to 20 working days.

I ordered a print-on-demand book (SKIRM from Bill Making Stuff) on May 2nd. I saw the 15 working day lead time and thought, naively, that this would be a very conservative estimate. Under Promise, Over Deliver.

We're 15 working days in now, and even after chasing up the order on working day 12 and getting a reply saying "I'll see if I can get it printed today and posted for weekend" there is still nothing - no order update, no parcel tracking.

I have recommended that Bill Making Stuff finds a new Print on Demand partner for this product.

I was missing a model in my large Trench Crusade kickstarter order, and the Only Games support team immediately confirmed the miniature i was missing and sent me a replacement, excellent support! Thank you!

There was a fairly long wait to get our order, but the result is gorgeous. A bit of clean up here and there, but nothing unexpected. The buildings are so beautiful and detailed and totally worth the cost. Cannot wait to paint them up!

The only real issue we had was that DHL crushed the box containing the entire order, so a few pieces were broken. DHL was completely useless, but Only Games immediately replied, offering to reprint the damaged pieces and sent us a discount code to make it right. Great customer service!

I recently received a big shipment of miniatures from OnlyGames.co. I am thoroughly satisfied. Some of the minis are really exceptionally beautiful and quite unique designs.
I'm not good at model building (I'm more interested in painting models), and generally prefer no assembly required minis. This batch was a mix, depending on the studio that designed them. However, none of them are difficult to put together. (I've had a much harder time with some of the mainstream company minis.) So, even though some assembly is required for these, it's doable even for someone a bit clumsy like me. My impression for 3D printed minis in general is that it works best for larger, thicker models. The Tortoise-folk minis I got were awesome. Very slender and delicate figures tend to be harder to work with, but I haven't had any break while working on them yet.
One service I thought was very cool was that a few minis didn't print well, so before the initial shipping Onlygames reprinted and included both the poor print and the better reprint in the box rather than throw the original away. A few free slightly damaged minis for me!
Given the current turmoil around international shipping, I barely consider it an issue, but I feel I have to admit that shipping took a little longer than expected. But it was a big order, I live in Taiwan, and essentially it was worth the wait. The minis were great, and were well wrapped. I get minis faster from mega-corporations that I don't feel good about buying from and much, much slower from crowd-funding sites. I have no complaints.
Finally, I'll note that when I have communicated with their customer service, they have been extremely helpful.
