We ordered 50 rolls of turf on a Friday afternoon and it arrived on the Saturday morning in perfect condition. Its been down about 3 weeks and looks great - no weeds, lush and deep green, helped by the care instructions received from Online Turf. I can't fault them and would happily order again.

Turf ordered with exceptional ease, great communication from online turf, with delivery date and time. The driver arrived well within the time window quoated and was able to leave the pallet very close to the garden , very friendly and helpful with some tips and advice.
The turf was very fresh, still had live worms which was a great sign . A week and a half in and it’s looking great, starting to take root. Great follow up emails to remind to water and when to do a first cup, oh and the price was brilliant . Very happy

Easy to use website, I went with the slightly more expensive turf and definitely worth it, the quality is great looked amazing, it was nice and thick. We've had no drying or slight shrinkage around the edges which you can sometimes get when laying fresh turf. Fast delivery on chosen day. Had lots of compliments on how our garden is looking.

I’ve never dealt with such incompetence in a very long time the rudeness and obstruction of the staff is crazy two deliveries missed with poor excuses. It’s always somebody else’s fault. Do not buy from this company. Do not trust them. Do not give them your time or money.

Our delivery was due Friday and it failed to turn up called them was told to be AM Tuesday but they will not cover any labour cost as we had to send them home but I’m still charged. Tuesday arrives still not turned up called them and they forgot to process the order told again no cost covered for labour sent them home again told her they could re-order it for the following day in the morning when I asked is that guaranteed they said no granted I said in the heat of the moment there would be hell to pay if it didn’t as I have labourers again. And unfortunately that was their trigger to refuse the order. The woman on the phone refused to listen and constantly will talk over you. You cannot speak to a manager because apparently they do not speak to customers. This company is a joke. Do not trust do not use.

Our turf was delivered to the wrong street and signed for by a random person. We just received a delivery notification with no location and had to find and transport the turf ourselves. We asked for a refund for the expensive delivery charge (the delivery charge cost more than the turf) and were told because the order was signed for (not by us, or anyone we know) that we couldn't have one.

Delighted with online turf, brilliant service from start to finish, prompt delivery, excellent product, grass growing well… And even follow-up /aftercare instructions.. i’ve just ordered another batch of turf… Well done team.
