Ordered a very specific tire in a load range E. Received tire in load range C. Sent evidence to customer service and waited two days to hear from their warehouse, to confirm they did not have the load range E in stock. I was granted return shipping label and they admitted the mistake. I had to deliver the tire myself to a FedEx facility. The tire was returned and received at their facility within four days and signed for which I had the fedex time stamp for and the employees imformation. Now fast forward to many weeks of not receiving my refund and being blown off by customer service which...doesn't really exist, I got my credit union involved and finally after uploading evidence and waiting patiently, I received my money back. Do not buy from this company.

Do NOT purchase anything from this company. I ordered 4 tires online and waited for a whole month and never received them. I called and after a month requested for refund and they said it already processes, but I never got it. I called them again and the next customer service rep said the same. Then no one would response to my calls. Now more than a month and I don’t know what’s going on with them. I’d to file a case with my credit card for the refund.

Sold me tires on Amazon that they did not have. They showed that they were received at an installer with a signature. This never happened.Mavis tire installers confirmed no delivery. Weeks now between Amazon and onlinetires to get a refund "they are always contacting accounting to see where the refund is" WTF is wrong with this company. Amazon not helping they got the same line about accounting. It take so long I had to pay the credit card bill. Credit card company Capital One is no help since I am dealing with them through Amazon. Circle jerk if I ever saw one. Don't be fooled by there lower prices, read the reviews they sell tires they do not have or ship the wrong ones. Go elsewhere. Almost one month now with just words from online tires with no refund. All they need to do is issue a credit, same as I used my credit to purchase through this crappy company.

My experience did NOT go well. I was a victim of the "Bait and Switch" reported on Google ans Trustpilot. Online Tires website advertised and sold:
Michelin Pilot Super Sport 265/40ZR18 101Y 300 AA A $114.87.
The price was to good to be real, but the transaction processed and they created a FedEx label. Four days later an email arrived advising that the tire is not available, but they can replace with something else.
I requested a cancelation and they refunded me three business days later.
I ended up paying more with Priority Tires, but they arrived two days after purchase on my front door.

I recently viewed thier ratings from other customers and they did the same thing to me. I ordered tires (16s) for my Sentra. They sent me 17s. That's what others have experienced. Wrong size tires.
Customer Service was quick! Answered all questions and even sent me returned labels for the tires.
Easy right? 1st they dont cover the pickup from FedEx. You do! Ok, no problem. A week later the tires were shown that they were received and signed for. I immediately followed up with Customer Service, and there go too line is "We are processing your refund, you should see it by next business day."
Its been over 2 weeks WITH NO REFUND!!!! They will sell you a story time after time after time. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!

Returned some wheels and its been 5 weeks and still have yet to receive a refund

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Shipped my order through FedEx and provided a tracking number that showed delivered to wrong address in a different state! 23 calls and they switch you to a "mailbox has not been setup, goodbye". FedEx says shippers fault, Online Tires (shows another name shipping) says FedEx fault!!!! A little cheaper in price but not worth the hassle, use Simple Tires!!!! Genuine Experience!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered specific tires that I wanted and the company shipped me the wrong tires. I contacted this company via email 3 times and no response. I called and was told they didn’t have the tires I ordered in stock. I asked why it was being sold on their website and no reasonable answer could be given to me. They requested I send them the return information and they would send the return slip. I have done as they asked twice and still no slip was received. Also on the phone they told me I physically would have the bring the tires to FEDEX myself in order to return them.

Got two big BF Goodrich performance tires for a 60% discount. The tires got to me in about a week and were in perfect shape. I am in Florida and the tires were shipped from California, so so too bad.

Ordered 4 tires for my truck. 18 inch wheels, they sent me 2 of the right size 2 of the wrong, and not a little wrong. They sent tires for 22 inch wheels on an order calling for 18s, not sure how someone looked at that mix match going out and didnt say wait, that doesnt look right. They sent me return shipping labels and said I either had to wait for them to receive THEYRE mistake tires to send me my 2 right ones or I had to order 2 more out of pocket and they'll refund the 2 wrong ones when they get them, thought that was terrible off the bat but I did need the tires so I ordered 2 more, this decision was literally no more then 5 minutes after calling the first 2 times today and called them back to order the 2 more and no answer, I have been calling for over an hour and nobody will pick up the phone now at 11-12 in the morning. I wanted to call and confirm that I did order 2 more out of MY pocket and when they receive the wrong ones I will be refunded but not only can I get ahold of them to say that but they also have not emailed the return shipping label I have to print for the fedex pickup tomorrow so I need them to resend that. Im pretty sure all I've done here was buy 6 tires and 2 I can't use and paid a premium for cause the size they sent is cheaper then the size that fits. First and last time I'm using this company.

Don’t buy from onlinetires.com. Couldn’t fulfill my order then getting a refund was like pulling teeth. Customer Service was horrendous. Stick with Tire Rack.

Order wrong tires (my fault). Filed a request to get a refund immediately after placing order. Recieved email confirming the receipt of my request. They waited until it was past the return threshold to get back to me. Sent tires anyways. Is refusing to take them back unless I pay them. I have all my conversations with me. Used poor english and punctuation. These people are scam artists.
I offered to send them back and they will not take them, and stopped responding to me when I showed them proof of our past conversations and the timestamps on the order and request.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SWAG COMPANY!! They will do you wrong, not answer you, happily take your money, and maybe you’ll receive what you ordered. DONT DO IT, you’ve been warned!

Terrible company, horrendous customer service! I do not recommend buying from online tire.

These guys did me good I was a little worried after reading the reviews so maybe they've changed change their ways but I had received exactly what I ordered and was satisfied so if they continue I'd at least give them another chance if you got a bad taste or start small or whatever but they didn't do me bad at all so that's why I'm leaving this review I was happy with them if the service is like that I'll continue to buy stuff from them if the service changes with me I'll write a review on that but otherwise they did a good job they checked back off and answered all my emails so

You can't get through to them by phone, they want you to communicate by email. They take days to respond. They sent me 19" tires with 17" rims. I requested to return the next day. It took 5 days to get a return authorization. I've been trying to get them to cancel the lease and I'm getting nowhere. They received the order but giving me a hard time to cancel the lease. This is the worst experience I've had with a merchant.

I had a great experience. Got it within a week. My experience wasn't like other reviews. I would order from them again.

Ordered tires on Saturday received them on Wednesday. Just as I ordered no issues with them. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the lack of communication. They never did give me a tracking number
