Email sent me to the page I needed to file from.
I normally spend a long time trying to find the appropriate page to file dormant accounts, and it is always a pain. I like the way you emailed me with a link directly to a page where I could submit without all that hassle.
The identity information was easy to supply, except it kept telling me it did not like the look of my passport. So I just submitted it anyway, as I could not improve the photo. Clearly it WAS acceptable!

Company targetting businesses, masquerading as HRMC.
This company looked up the anniversary of my company and sent an unsolicited email when my Confirmation Statement was due to be filed. The communication from 'Online Filing Team' was deliberately titled to look like it was an official HRMC email, not a sales email from a third party business. I filed all the information that I have ALWAYS done myself to Companies House through them. All they do is pass that information on and charge a fee. BEWARE of this underhand activity. They entirely lack any transparency and sit on the boundary of being a scam/fraudulent.

We're pleased to hear that you found the process straightforward. Although we do appreciate that waiting longer than expected for your Personal Code would have been concerning, particularly when you're keen to complete your filing.
The Personal Code is a requirement introduced by Companies House as part of the identity verification process and is needed before certain filings can be submitted. We explain this requirement on our website before an order is placed so customers know what to expect.
Unfortunately, between 10 June and 19 June 2026, Companies House experienced technical issues that affected a number of its services, including the issuing of Personal Codes and the processing of filings. As a result, many applications were delayed during this period. Although this was outside our control, we appreciate the inconvenience it caused and understand how frustrating the delay must have been.
As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider approved by Companies House, we submit company filings directly to Companies House on our customers' behalf in line with the compliance and security requirements set out in UK law.

I received a number of highly charged emails relating to my filing. It looked official but let me tell you they are not! They completely ruined a holiday weekend for me by causing massive alarm with their emails and causes me to hound my accountant who files for me. You do not need this company! IGNORE!

Take your money with no logical process
The company name is deliberately misleading so you think they are part of Companies House (easily confused with Companies House service "Web Filing"
They send you unsolicited letters to induce panic which include stating legal obligations, penalties for not filing etc and then provide QR codes to take your money.
They charge £133 to strike off a company however you can do this directly with Companies House for £13.
Even when messaging them just 15 minutes after completing the transaction, they offer a "goodwill" 50% refund which is processed straight away and without confirming if you are happy with that outcome.
Steer well clear.
