I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism and product delivery. The concept I required for a space saving wardrobe system did not exist. With this team we created one, and the results were amazing! Well built and designed to last. Private courier delivery and even assistance getting it in the door. Could not ask for more!

From start to finish online bedrooms have been brilliant to deal with. From accommodating a non standard order, to arranging delivery on a specific day of my request and swiftly rectifying a problem. Always quick to respond and always very helpful combined with a very good product made them a breath of fresh air to deal with. 100% recommend.

Made to measure built in wardrobes
My experience was very good from start to finish. Design process and quote was smooth and my thoughts and wants were considered carefully, then alterations made when needed. The ordering process was easy and progress updates given via email. Delivery was as scheduled, everything was packed well and arrived undamaged. Assembly was straight forward with videos to watch and basic instruction provided which was adequate for me (experienced flat pack assembler and DIYer). I am extremely pleased with the end result which looks like a premium product.

Scam company bad poor service
Very bad service from these company .
Worst ever waiting for delivery a month for a wardrobe and they delivered wrong parts , white wardrobe and they deliver grey colour drawers just shocking company , half white half dark.
Also many parts missing and damaged . Customer service very poor specially the manager a total disaster person Luis not helping customers very unprofessional person . Don’t believe fake reviews from others not true , that are bad so bad never again from these company . They don’t care for customers issues and when is their fault, Don’t be scammed by these company they deserve 0 rate

They didn't bother showing for the virtual appointment
Booked a virtual appointment for 6:40 tonight. Having finished work early and rushing home to make the appointment, we logged on at 6:38...at 6:55, still nobody had joined...Dylan finally calls at 6:57 stating that his last call over ran and it was "unforeseen circumstances"...utter tosh! That's just poor planning and clearly not leaving enough time between appointments to ensure they don't over run. To add insult to injury...rather than state he could look after us now, I'm told that they have availability tomorrow! Clearly wanting to get home, no consideration for the inconvenience to the customer. If it's like this at this stage, when they are supposed to be wooing you for your business...god knows what it's like when they finally have your money! Very poor service.

On this occasion, your designer’s earlier consultation did unfortunately overrun, and we didn’t communicate that delay to you as promptly or clearly as we should have. That’s on us.
We also appreciate your point about how this felt from your perspective — it’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide, particularly at the very first stage of your journey with us. You should never feel like your time isn’t valued.

Great quality product, perfect fit to a unique space
We first gained some quotes for a bespoke wardrobe install and they were extremely high.
Online bedrooms offered a great alternative. The wardrobes were a fair price, great quality and lovely fit.
One thing I would say is that you would need to be fairly competent in assembling a flat pack product to be able to assemble the wardrobes; we brought in help to assemble ours. You also need to ensure that the space measurement is on point (although a measure tool is offered online which helps).
Overall we would highly recommended this website, with the knowledge that you should be fairly comfortable assembling quite detailed furniture flat packs.

Compared to getting it done by external companies, you will save £'000s. The instructions are quite and good and if you can do flat pack furniture, you can do this. Really happy with the choice I made

The end result was very pleasing and works very well for us.

Media wall not the same as the Online Bedroom portrays!
This media wall is not the same as the one shown on the website! We ordered the 3 mtr one with shelves and cupboards All came packed really well so we were please. My husband is a carpenter so it was all put together, but he said normally the bottom would have a kicker that sets back! So I went online and looked at the original one we ordered and sure enough it has a kicker (plinth) at the bottom. When I compared our one to it there are a few anomalies. The shelves have a bottom plate, which makes it look boxy instead of being flush, all around the top there is beading/cornice with the same along the top of the cupboards, this should be a slight overhang so the cupboards look flush! But the worse thing about it is there is a seam going right through the middle of the unit (where the cupboards are put together) I called and asked why doesn't the unit come with a 3 mtr top, and was told they dont physically make 3mtr long tops?? I was told that we could have a full refund IF we packaged it all up as when they bought it to us! We're happy with the unit, my point was it's knowingly not what is on the website, we paid alot of money for something that Online Bedrooms says is a bespoke piece of furniture,be assured it isn't! They've taken down the review I put on their website! So I've put it on trustpilot so people have a right to know about this Company! Very slippery and their response will be the same as the previous customer on these reviews who had the same problem!!

We’re pleased that the unit arrived well packaged and that assembly went smoothly. Our media wall furniture is designed as a modular system so that larger installations can be manufactured, transported and installed safely.
Due to standard board size limitations used across the furniture industry, 3m units cannot be produced with a single continuous top panel, which means the top is supplied in sections. This is normal practice and the split top is clearly stated within the product information on the product page.
Regarding the design features you’ve mentioned, the unit supplied matches the specification for the product ordered. While imagery online is intended to accurately represent the product, variations in interpretation can sometimes occur once a piece is assembled within a customer’s home environment.
When you contacted us, you explained that you were unhappy and enquired about receiving a refund. In line with our customer service policy, we offered to arrange collection of the furniture and provide a full refund should you wish to return it. We did not require the furniture to be repackaged exactly as it was delivered - only that it be available for collection if you chose to proceed with the return.
We always aim to resolve any concerns fairly and transparently. If you would still like to discuss this further, our customer service team would be happy to assist.

They even sent out extra screw hole stickers the same day I asked. The wardrobe takes some effort to assemble, but the final result is well worth it. Highly recommended.

The ordering process was very easy
The ordering process was very easy. The delivery was on time and very well packaged. Easy to put the wardrobes together. Definitely need two people to assemble them. Some cutting involved but my husband is a whizz with things like that. All in all they look really good.

Great company providing bespoke wardrobes
Very helpful company that were able to provide us with fitted wardrobes for a difficult bedroom. The property is 18th Century with sloping ceilings, beams and uneven floors and walls. We wanted to install fitted wardrobes under the sloping ceilings and around the beams. The wardrobe carcasses and doors were of a high standard and were made to very precise measurements we provided. The fitting was tricky due to the nature of uneven surfaces etc but overall we are delighted with the result and are very happy to recommend Online Bedrooms.

Instructions were a bit hard to follow but once it was put together we couldn't be any happier.
Had 1 door front missing so had to chase it up a few times, but they were helpfull and polite.
