I had the most disingenuous experience when trying to return a swimsuit. I was pregant when I ordered it and when it came I realized how big it was. I asked to to return it and they told me to send back pictures. In the meantime I was induced for having an IUGR baby. When me and baby boy were finally out of the hospital and recovered I sent in pictures and they said it was too late. I said can you make an exception I had a baby and they literally congratulated me and then said too bad. LOL. SO DISINGENOUS.

Im so glad i found this brand! I’ve always been frustrated with the way normal swimwear digs and squeezes. I decided to give onewith a try and I’ve never had a swimsuit make me feel so confident! I initially bought the wrong size, but i exchanged super easily. Shipping was fast too. Definitely recommend!

I love the fit of my new OneWith swimsuit. It’s very comfortable. I love how vibrant the colors are. Looking forward to purchasing different styles in the future!

The one piece swimsuit is very unflattering on curvy body types. It doesn’t cover my butt all the way, my pudge near the creases on my leg in the front stick out, and I went to return it and found I had exceeded the very short refund window by a few days. Now I’m stuck with an unflattering expensive swimsuit that I wouldn’t be caught wearing in public. :(
***quick note, I DID reach out the customer service team, and the automated system put me in a loop. The customer service experience was just as frustrating as the short return window, and the unflattering fit.

I love my bikini from OneWith! As someone with a body bordering on plus size, I wasn’t sure at first if I would like the fit of it, but it’s truthfully a swimsuit that I feel so confident in because the fit is so flattering. So good, 10/10 recommend!

The product is Absolutely phenomenal. The quality of the materials, the thoughtfulness of the designs is amazing. Their customer service is next level. We had some real issues making sure that things arrived internationally, and their team not only made sure that they arrived but stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process and made sure it didn't cost us any additional money. I've rarely seen a brand where everyone working there cares so deeply about a great product and a great customer experience. I couldn't recommend it more.

They charge $8 for shipping but ship ground. Takes 2 weeks to receive. They charge $12.50 for restocking if it doesn't fit. They wouldn't issue a refund but only a store credit. I already returned the item and disputed the charge with my credit card company and they have had the nerve to fight it! They have kept their awful overpriced swim suit AND MY MONEY!

Got the Woodmont Cheeky Bikini for my girlfriend and she hasn't wore another bikini since. She looks amazing in it and says she feels amazing in it too! Ordering another color as we speak. Thanks onewith!

Updated June 7, 2026: OneWith has now responded to this review—10 months after it was posted. Unfortunately, the delayed response is entirely consistent with the customer service experience that led me to leave the review in the first place. Dragging things out for nearly a year only reinforces my original concerns. If responsive customer support is important to you, my experience suggests it is not a priority for this company.

Original review from August 2025: I wish I’d seen these reviews before I shopped OneWith! Product was questionable but the return process is a nightmare aimed at frustrating you to the point that you give up and they keep your money! They drag it out day by day- you start with the email request to return; the next day you get an email directing you a link that take you to the infamous videos that you have to watch (and report the hidden emojis) before you can request a return. And next comes the email requiring multiple photos with specific requirements. And you have to pat $12+ on top of all the stupid tasks….

I am giving 2 stars because I have purchased 2 items from this company and one of them fit very very well and the other did not. The return process is why I removed stars. The plunging v neck one piece is incredible. Expensive but one of my favorite suits. Wish they had more colors! I should also state that I just don’t think I have a body that looks great in most bikinis because I store a lot of my weight in my hips and lower abdomen and swimsuits tend to dig in right there. That said, I’m a size 6 in most clothing and I do feel that I look good in seamless underwear, so I decided to try this brand. To me, the bottoms I ordered dug in just like any other suit and even made my butt look kind of weird which is usually never a problem for me. So I wanted to return them. No beef or anything, I still loved my one piece suit. Then came the returns process. First off, there’s no easy link from your order email. You have to dig for their returns page. Already a turn-off. Then, they make you answer a bunch of “are you sure?” questions that imply you just need a bigger size or didn’t wear it right. They force you to watch a video of someone showing you how to stretch the suit before proceeding. The reason I have a problem with this is I already read up on how to do that when I ordered the suit and I did try it and acknowledged that in the return questionnaire. They still made me watch the video. Also the girl in the video had a classically toned and athletic build, which is great, but I’d personally like to see a few different body types showing me that they TRULY found a flattering fit that didn’t dig in. Of course a person with no muffin top is always going to find their perfect fit. No hate on that, but your product claims to help those of us who don’t generally feel good in a swimsuit because of how it digs in. So if you’re going to force me to watch a how-to video, maybe feature a lot of women in different shapes and sizes saying what worked for them. Lastly, I was told if I wanted to return a product, it would cost me $12.50 in fees because of the costs of running a business basically. I understand a business costs money to run but forcing those fees on your customers is bad practice if you want brand loyalty. Aerie has never made me pay a fee to return stuff that didn’t fit. I understand a small fee, but charging 25% of the price of the suit for the return is insane. Anyway, I’ll find another brand.

The return process was shady and incredibly difficult. They require you to watch videos about the fit of the suit and you can't move forward until you take a quiz identifying the hidden emoji within the video to prove you watched it. They also require you to email multiple pictures before they approve the return. These kinds of practices are shady and abelist to discourage people from returning a swimsuit they are unhappy with. If the product is unused and within the return window, customers do not need to justify why they are returning your product.

The swimsuit was not flattering at all and fit felt weird. When I read through their page again, they were assuring saying the fit will loosen up once in water. So I used the swim suit and it did loosen up in water, but to the point it was not secure and way too loose. I requested an exchange for a different size or style and they said I can't return it because I used it :(

This company's response time is quick and returns are very easy. I've bought many products from their website, and one time they ran out of stock prior to my purchase of an item. They contacted me to let me know, and gave me a refund for the item and a coupon code for my next purchase for the inconvenience.

The suit is great. However the return process is terrible. They quiz you repeatedly on why you need a return. In my case, I ordered two sizes and kept the one which fit. I didn't know this would be such a big deal. They make you send 10's of photos of the suit before they will agree to the return. Their emails all end with a lecture "return immediately you only have x days". In which I want to scream "I'm trying but you're giving me the run around". Their reply emails are unnecessarily condescending. I finally get the information on how to process the return. I send the return back. Radio silence. 7-10 days go by and I ask about my return. I get an automated email "your refund of x has been processed". Then the next day I get a reply to my email rudely saying my refund has already been processed and copies their return policy from their website. Yeah, you processed it because I had to reach out AGAIN. Whatever people.

Keep making great suits but hire someone to handle your customer service.

The website is user friendly and really easy to browse their products. I love getting their emails because they always include sales and important updates. The swim wear was so flattering and I threw out all of my other swimwear after wearing one with swim! The staff and customer service is amazing and will be purchasing more in the future. I would love for them to come out with fun patterns and designs, but I got the black color because it's classic. Highly recommend!

I love onewith!!! What impressed me most was the quality of the fabric. It feels durable yet lightweight, with excellent stretch and support. The fit is flattering without being restrictive, and designed with real bodies in mind!! I especially appreciated the inclusive size range, ensuring everyone can find something they feel great in.

I love these swimsuits! They are flattering and they stay put (don’t bodysurf in the string top, though-learned that one the hard way!) I would size down when purchasing, from my experience. I own several.

I had a disappointing experience with OneWith Swim. The sizing was very off and when I brought it to their attention I received a condescending response.
The return process was complicated and required multiple follow-ups, including sending photos. Additionally, I had to cover the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee. Given the dismissive tone in their email responses, I don’t plan on purchasing from them again.

Love OneWith! great product, great customer service, representative content, innovative and unique. I've recommended their swimsuits to many friends!

I love everything about this company! Their swim wear is the most comfortable, flattering bikini I have ever worn. You literally forget you’re wearing it. The colors at limited but the ones they do have are so beautiful! Their customer service is amazing also.
