Hi Jaime, as we relayed over email, returns are individually inspected, and processing time for returns, once received, is 10 days. Once the refund is initiated, it can take several additional days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. You will also receive an email confirmation as soon as it is processed. ☺️ This is also listed in full in our return/exchange policy on our site. Hope this helps!

The swimsuit fit terribly so I returned it over a month ago. The suit is in perfect shape, I did not remove any of the hygiene stickers etc. Customer service is awful, they have been ignoring my dozens of emails about my refund in the past month. They kept saying it’ll be processed by June 21st, June 21st came and went and no refund and no response. Unless you’re 110% sure you’re keeping this product do not order because they will rob you and you will be out $100 after you return the product.

We do want to clarify the record here: your return was received on June 11, and your refund was processed on June 21, which is exactly within the 10 day window outlined in our return policy. A confirmation was sent to your email that same day. As noted in our correspondence, once a refund is issued, it can take several days to process with your bank.
We responded to every email within our 1-3 business day window throughout this process and were in consistent communication with you. We understand waiting for a refund is frustrating, and we're sorry the experience felt that way, but we did not ignore your messages or withhold your refund. The funds have been issued and should be reflected in your bank account shortly if they aren't already.

This swimsuit is actually unbelievable. I was skeptical when I ordered it, but I’m SO glad I did. It’s perfectly, doesn’t roll down, doesn’t dig - it’s a chefs kiss 🧑🍳. I’ll only be ordering from here from now on!

We’d like to add a little insight on our sizing: as you know, everyone's unique, and preferences, along with the human body, are more dynamic than any size chart or quiz could ever capture. Swimwear is highly subjective and personal due to the very intimate nature of the garments. We do our best to make flattering styles for most all figures, but as bodies, proportions, and preferences vary greatly between women, it's impossible to make garments that suit the sensibilities of 100% of people.
While we strive to provide the most accurate sizing guidance possible, please note that individual fit preferences and proportions may (read: WILL) vary. Buying the size that the size quiz suggests does not guarantee your fit. Please give your suit a stretch as directed if you haven't already! We find that most fit issues are remedied when our customers follow the instructions to give the suit a good STRETCH before putting it on.
Do not recommend
I really wanted to like this brand. Not only is it a great concept, it’s a small company and women owned. Much like the rest of the feedback, their return policy is very much in the company’s favor, not the customer which is going to be the reason they fail. It’s important bathing suits fit correctly and they should not put the financial responsibility of exchanges on their customers.
I am a 32DD, I’m usually a large but their sizing insists I’m a small. When I ordered the first bathing suit, I went with a medium which was huge so I got it altered instead of paying the return fee - I should have listened to their sizing on this one.
I went with their sizing on another bathing suit that was just released and there is not enough fabric on the small size for a DD. They need to adjust their sizing recommendations for different styles. I tried to exchange it for the correct size but they were out of stock so, although it was their mistake that the sizing was incorrect and they don’t have enough inventory to replace it with the correct size, they placed the financial burden on the customer.
I do not recommend this company.

We'd love to add a little insight on sizing: as you know, everyone is unique, and preferences along with the human body are more dynamic than any size chart or quiz could ever fully capture. Swimwear is especially personal and subjective, and while we do our best to make flattering styles for as many figures as possible, it's simply impossible to make garments that suit the proportions and sensibilities of every person.
Our size quiz does update dynamically style to style, taking into account your measurements and customer feedback, so a different size in a different style is completely normal given the second-skin nature of our suits and where each style sits on the body. Buying the size the quiz suggests is our best guidance, but it isn't a guarantee of fit for every person in every style.
Just to clarify, a return for store credit was available to you at no charge. The return fee applies only to refunds to the original payment method. We're sorry we didn't have your preferred size in stock and available for an exchange. We know that's a frustrating situation and we hope you'll check back when new inventory arrives and give us another try.

I usually don’t like suits that don’t cross in the back but this suit is everything you’d want. It holds the goods in, with a little cheeky, and looks sexy AF! Worth the money 100%!

I ordered from this company
I ordered from this company. Used their sizing suggestion. Suit did not fit. I decided to return it. I was charged $14 and change for the return, to be deducted from my refund. Fine. Once they received my items, they declined the return due to it being”covered in glitter”. I don’t use any lotions or oils that have shimmer or glitter. Tried the suit on over under garments. There is no way it left my house with glitter. They provided no photo evidence of their reason for denying my return. Now they have their product back and im not getting any kind of refund. This company has shady tactics. Stay far away.

Hi Ryann, thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to clarify a few things for anyone reading, as the experience described doesn't quite reflect the full picture.
When your return was inspected, both pieces were found to have a glittery or shimmery substance on them. We documented this with two photos and a video, which were shared with you directly. As noted in our return policy and throughout the return submission process, items that do not meet our hygiene standards are not eligible for a refund and will not be returned to the customer. This policy was also acknowledged during the return submission process.
That said, we went beyond our policy and issued you a full store credit of $99.90, which you accepted and have since used. We believe that resolution felt fair, and we're sorry to see this review.
I am very unpleased with this
I am very unpleased with this brand. I ordered my size in bottoms and put them on and stretch them out like they give directions to and they only got bigger around the waist which caused them not to fit. The under area had a seamless fit but the lining they use to hold in place rubbed in between my legs and my under area causing uncomfortable and pain. There top I ordered the correct size and it was too big. I tried to return and there return policy is terrible, charging shipping fee plus restocking fee because there “loosing money”. If you’re restocking then you will resell it. To my honest opinion I would not order from here and waist your money.

As we explained in our email correspondence, our return fee applies to refunds back to the original payment method and helps cover the cost of processing, shipping, and the thorough inspection and sanitation process every swimwear item goes through before it can be considered for resale. Returned items are never simply put back on the shelf. As we also noted, we offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit as alternatives. Our return policy is available on our site and on every product page.
Five stars for Onewith
Five stars for Onewith, seriously. You can tell they actually design for real women’s bodies, especially if you’re top heavy like me. The fit, support, and overall feel is on another level compared to other brands I’ve tried. The material is thick, high quality, and feels secure without being uncomfortable. Everything stays in place and still looks flattering, which is hard to find. I also love that their pieces are versatile. You can easily wear them as a bodysuit, not just swimwear, which makes it feel even more worth it. I first found them from Shark Tank and had been getting emails for a while before finally purchasing during a sale. So glad I did. I’m already planning my next order. Forever a customer and I’ll definitely be recommending Onewith to everyone I know.

"I love! It's what I was hoping for. Covered my belly section with not going over my belly button. The thong definitely brought out a booty I thought I didn't have.
