Never even got the suit
Ordered my suit excited to try this brand back in April. They advertise their suits to fit like underwear and I had been looking for something exactly like that. I had never spent so much on a suit before and I was looking forward to the quality, but my top came ripped. No big deal, sent it back and they were fine to replace. This is when everything spiraled and everything went on backorder. After so many emails, and zero courtesy updates on the longer than expected delay, we cut to mid-July and I never got the suit. So, my only impression is the quality sucks and they never have anything in stock.

A torn piece on arrival is definitely not the norm, and we do reply to every email quickly, so if you went a stretch without hearing from us, it's worth checking your spam or promotions folder, since our replies can occasionally land there. A few months ago, we had an unexpected viral moment, which pushed of our most popular pieces to preorder while we caught up with demand. The good news is our stock has caught up and most items are back and shipping normally. If your replacement still hasn't arrived, please email us at info@onewithswim.com with your order number and we'll get it resolved right away.

Terrible fit and worse return policy
This just fit terribly. I'm a curvy 150lbs and got a medium and it was so tight and pinching. Worse off the return policy is heinous. You have to pay about $15 bucks to return for refund or get full store credit. I have zero interest in another size. No thank you

Hi Shanna, we're sorry to hear your suit wasn't a fit. Everyone's unique, and preferences, along with the human body, are more dynamic than any size chart or quiz could ever capture. Swimwear is highly subjective and personal due to the very intimate nature of the garments. We do our best to make flattering styles for most all figures, but we're sorry that it didn't work out this time.
On the return fee: we offer free returns for store credit and free exchanges. The $14.95 fee applies specifically to refunds to your original payment method, and it helps offset what we lose processing each return. We do our best to make this information as visible as possible, and it's listed in our return/exchange policy on our site, on each product page, and in the return request form itself.

I found the website to be very helpful and deciding the size I needed to select. The swimsuit itself is amazing and I haven’t felt this good in one in a long time is the first time I’ve worn a two piece in about five years. I love how it stays flush with my body without digging in.

Easy ordering
Easy ordering and the color was spot on. Ultimately ended up returning the swim suit as the fit was completely off and I did not think a different size would solve the issue. There is a $15 charge to return, which I did not like but the return process was fairly easy.

Must have bikini bottoms!!
I have been searching for a swimsuit bottom that doesn't dig for years! I always wear the tie side bottoms since any other bottoms would dig into my fat. When I saw the OneWithSwim bottoms, I had to try them! I'm happy i ordered them, the cut is super flattering and they do not dig!!!

We do our best to make our policies very clear and visible prior to checkout. Our return fee is disclosed on our return policy page and on every product page before checkout; it's not hidden or new information. Shipping protection covers loss, theft, or damage in transit; it's separate coverage and doesn't include a free return, which we've never advertised.
On the refund: your return was delivered to our facility on 7/8. Per our stated policy, processing takes up to 10 business days from receipt, which puts your refund on track to process around 7/18. We're within that window, and we'll email you directly once it's processed.
We're sorry the return process felt frustrating, and we're always working to make it clearer.

other than the amazing suits, the customer service team is so quick, efficient, and friendly! 10/10 experience so far! I accidentally ordered 2 tops instead of a top and bottom and the issue was resolved very smoothly for me to send the top back with no fees!

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. I disputed paying $35 for two day shipping after the app notified me it was actually going to take a week from the shipping date to arrive. They took no accountability for this error and stated they would refund my shipping cost as a courtesy. Not really a courtesy when you’re marketing two day shipping and can’t deliver it within a week. Would not buy from here again.

As we shared in our email correspondence, your order included a pre-order item, and the expected ship date was displayed on the product page before checkout and included in the order confirmation. Expedited shipping applies to the carrier's transit time once an order has shipped, but it does not change a pre-order's ship date.
We totally get that the delivery timeline was still disappointing, which is why we refunded the full cost of your expedited shipping and also offered a complimentary return if you no longer wished to keep the order.
We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to make our shopping experience as clear as possible.
Misleading checkout process
I placed an order and was not informed until after I placed it that one of my items was out of stock and I wouldn’t receive any of the items I ordered for almost 6 weeks. I guess it’s their policy to send everything at once but they really didn’t make it clear in their checkout process. In ordered a swimsuit and now won’t receive it until basically the end of summer, what a waste.

Just to clarify, pre-order items are clearly marked as "Pre-Order" on the product page itself, and the estimated ship date is also reflected in the checkout window before you complete your purchase. Top notch customer service
I made an order ahead of a trip. A few days later I realized that my oder contained a “pre-order” item and as a result, the full order would not even ship until after the trip I was buying the items for. I reached out to customer service and they responded super fast, maybe within an hour. I explained the mishap and also let them know that the pre-order alerts/flags were not present in the browser I made my order in, but when I tried in a different browser they were visible. Pearl thanked me for letting them know and gave me a full refund, with no hassle. She even offered to connect me with someone who could help me identify items that would arrive in time for my trip. I can’t speak to the quality of the products as I haven’t tried them yet, but the customer service was really great!
