My customer experience was not even one star, you only find out about true customer service when you call upon it, in my book emails to customers with exclamation marks is not acceptable grammar for your customers, I would steer clear!!

Although I didn’t go with the quote, the guy I dealt with was extremely polite, professional and more than helpful. I got more information from this guy than I’ve ever had from insurance companies in the past. He deserves a pay rise

As annoying as insurance companies are when something goes wrong, Alex S at OneSure went above and beyond for me helping me sort out documents, chasing up underwriters etc. over a near 3-month period helping me to get stuff sorted. He was a great help and always happy to do so. Everything he told me was fact checked if he was unsure (little details always matter - especially as any costs incurred will likely be your own) and he generally crossed all the t’s and dotted the i’s before advising/sending/approving things.

Do not use this company. Cancelled a policy during the 14 day cool off, now being charged over £1500 as they failed to do it, they are so unhelpful, you ask for a supervisor or manager which they refuse and the best answer to the problem is there’s nothing we can do. Dreadful company.

they took money out of my bank account with out my authoritie becauce i didnt produce my no claim bonus i did get them from my old insurers they said they would put money back it was 57 pound short from the amount they first took they said it was admin fee which i found disgusting behaviour from a up and coming company i would not in any circumstance deal with them be very careful people of this insurer

Dean was brilliant, understands the score with running your own business.. time is money and he was very clear with everything while listening to what we needed from the quote..

Samantha was very polite, patient & helpful in our phone call today. Did not judge me that I had accidentally fell behind with my payments.

I had a very helpful advisor who enabled me to get a cover that meets my needs.

Crooks thieves will definatly not reccomend to anyone

Will let your cooling of period end,then tell you provided documents not good enough,then ask for more money.

Now tell everyone how much I paid from may to July in your response. 8weeks insurance cost over 500 pounds.paid money upfront then you took money from my bank.
Now this was over 8 years ago,but i see in this time still up to old tricks,trying to drown out real reviews..
Listen to the bad reviews,look out for reviews that mention adjusting your policy and price,after cooling off period.....

"In January I bought a motor insurance policy from One Sure Insurance and paid £190 on my credit card. A month later, on the first day of the insured period, it said there was a problem with my no claim bonus history. However, my previous insurer said there wasn’t and emailed the details to One Sure which still maintained there was a problem. As a result, it charged another £60 to my credit card. I cancelled the policy, but there’s been no refund."

Now my original review was 2017,this guardian article was one yr later,I checked today,and company has not improved....

I really appreciate her effort and attention to detail, excellent service all round!

Terrible communication, incapable of answering email enquiries, when they ask for information via email you respond and then it takes several days for a response, inevitably you have to phone them, then takes 15 minutes plus to get through, call centre staff dismissive and don't care.
Also be aware they won't make it known that any extras on your policy you will not get refunds on if you cancel your policy and go elsewhere, Terrible outfit

The company is a fraud I say they have robbed me with my insurance wont recomend them to anyone

So l set up the policy for my partner gave all the details etc etc we paid the deposit then Once deposit paid these robbing gits decided to try a slap another 2 thousand on it. Then my partner said to cancel the policy which l called to do ( I’m also on the policy) then they inform me lm not the account holder an l have not go authority to speak for my partner so he has to cancel the policy. What a load of shit- 💩 yet they was quite happy to chat to me to set it all up an run around. An to top it all off no policy details

After being involved in an accident, a non-fault accident, the misfortune really started. It turns out that my new policy wasn't an auto renew. It was actually a brand new policy with a different company. The insurance policy that I was sold was nowhere near the policy I had last year. Extras that I paid for last year were removed without permission. That's right excess increased , had to speak with a financial ombudsman and them agreeing to take the case on. They confirmed what they done is breaking the law. I would advise anybody thinking about using this company to really reconsider it. I was with them the year before and I was happy but second year treated like rubbish second class citizen. I've had to chase people with regards to my accident that I was involved with. Not once has the insurance company phone me directly. The company they've put me with don't even deal with stuff themselves. They outsource every aspect which slows everything down now being out of work for 9 weeks. No income. Only found out where my van was in the country last week. Please please please consider using somebody else. Business choice direct freaking admiral anybody. It is worth paying extra. They might be cheap but it is not worth the risk . Items stolen from my van while in there care .

Peter carter what a lovely guy dealt with my situation, very good customer service. he knows what he is doing need more people like him his service and he listened to what i said and was very caring this guy is lovely one of the best guys spoken to at onesure insurance
