Ordered radiator panels.
Asked if they were easy to fit and come with instructions, they answered yes.
No instructions came.
They sent over instructions and in big red writing on instructions, only for compact radiators.
No where on the website does it say this.
Advertised as compact radiator panels. To which any normal person would think they are compacted radiator panels.
No where does it state only for compact radiators.
No help with customer services.
Quite rude
Won't give full refund
Will take off 20% fee
Don't use, Web site false advertising and won't get your full money back.
Update- still not received refund after 5 working days

Regarding the instructions, we apologise if they were not included with your delivery. Once this was brought to our attention, we promptly sent over the instructions to assist you further.
As for the restocking fee, our returns policy, including the standard 20% restocking charge, is outlined in our terms and conditions. We strive to communicate these terms clearly to our customers and regret if this caused any inconvenience.

Your refund has been completed using stripe but it can take between 2 - 10 days to show on the account depending on what type of card was used to make the purchase.

Contacted them a couple of times for my refund, they reckon it's been processed but it's still not in my account. I returned the product 4 weeks back. The reason for return was because what was advertised was not what I received.

Delivery in London was next day
Delivery in London was next day, called to arrange delivery on day of booking. The radiator was also the best value and delivery was free whereas all others were adding £50 for delivery.

This company is not to be trusted
I will not recommend anyone to ONE STOP BATH.I had 2 stand up shower done by this company and as senior very disappointed with there job
I did my bathroom in February 2025 and job is still unfinished now they want me to pay more money to finished.one of the bathroom when the spout is turn on the shower comes on at the same time other bathroom when turn on the shower seem like the water is choking the bathtub is squeaking .Plumbing was not done right
I have to call another contractor to finished the job until my lawyer can review the case
