Awful customer service a few staff are lovely but majority are miserable girl long dark hair hardly manages to crack a smile , talks in a rude way to customers and talks about them behind their backs makes you feel uncomfortable and not wanting to go back in

One stop gamesley is a fantastic shop with the best manager she is absolutely wonderful very helpful and will always go the extra mile to help anyone

Onestop at Weston Coyney stoke on Trent is a joke.
I wouldn’t recommend parking outside is dangerous with limited room to drive. It’s expensive to shop cheaper elsewhere very overpriced and not very good fresh food I would avoid going to this Onestop

One stop Belton Doncaster is awesome
Staff are so friendly so I don't know why reviews are not all 5 star maybe some areas are not as Belton and if that's the case their staff need to pop to Belton
I've never seen anything other than happy,staff who are very friendly and welcoming

Dropped off a parcel to be sent by Evri. They pretended to scan it into the system but stole it instead. Called their head office to complain and nothing was ever done.

Can't complain to Evri because they claim the parcel never existed.

Blind leading the blind. Staff could be more disinterested. Just tried to send a yodel parcel. Girl couldn't log on. Tried to get some support from her colleagues who couldn't be bothered. Just said the handset usually fails and they only have the one this is after driving around half an hour tying to find somewhere than can send. Yodel useless and One Stop staff Tile ahill even worse.

I would give o stars thay closed from the 3rd to the 5th I called them on the 5th to see if they are back open and they send the 6th maybe the 7th they don't even know all along the website saying open confirmed by manager on one stop almondbury website ffs

I have been using the OneStop shop on Albert Road in Colne Lancashire for over 17 years.
I have only had one problem, which was many years ago. I went and it was closed before the actual closing time, with no apology/explanation sign.

In November last year I felt unwell and the staff were very caring and helpful. Later, I was admitted into hospital where I stayed for just over six weeks. I was eventually diagnosed with a very rare disorder. This has left me with concentration and memory difficulties, along with severe mobility difficulties, and problems with dexterity. I went recently and I dropped my debit card. A lovely young man, who was working that day offered to come around the counter to pick it up for me, but I managed to pick it up myself. He packed my shopping for me and the left the kiosk to open the door for me. This is what most of the staff there do for me, and I just want to say how appreciated it is. I really can't understand why this shop and the staff have got such a low rating and such negative comments.

God awful servicein the claygate branch my son put a parcel in there 2 weeks ago to go by ups and its still sitting there and they wont give it back saying its definately going tomorrow na this has gone on long enough this service is appalling it is his property if this does not get resolved we will have to take it further we want the parcel back simple as that

I was at the ONE STOP shop in Silverdale, the supposed * shop owner* got the price tags wrong and told me to leave the store because of his apparent competence and embarrassment of getting the item pricing incorrectly.
He shielded his face while intimidated me, threatening to throw me out because he *owned the shop*

Terrible customer service experience, somewhat racial discrimination played in the scenario because I looked Asian. the white owner didn't want to serve a customer of colours.

Five stars for helpful and great staff (all of them) unfortunately half a star for horrendous prices i can do two weeks shopping at less than half the price of one at the local Lidl and get a cab back !

I have been banned twice from the Alofts branch of One stop for being honest and saying I don't like a member of staff because she makes me feel unsafe she has literally cornered me in the shop for asking a simple question and has literally tried to poison a colleague by putting hand sanitizer in her drink

I went to the One Stop store at 8 Devonshire Place, Harrogate (09/09/2025 around 19:20) to return an online order using the Evri drop-off point.

As soon as I handed over my parcel, the shop assistant started complaining out loud that handling Evri parcels was a waste of time and that she was “sick of it.” She even made these comments to another customer while I was standing there, which made me feel humiliated and guilty for simply using the service.
No customer should ever be made to feel ashamed for using a service that is clearly advertised in the store.

I hope One Stop and Evri take this seriously, because this kind of treatment discourages people from using their services.

Rude / disrespectful
I normally go to drop off or pick up packages in Blackburn . Last time one of the staff with the name of Majid was disrespectful and rude even making me show my ID . This time I went to drop off a parcel and he shouted at me and told me to put the package into the parcel bag . He also gave dirties while I was leaving !

Just got back from purchasing a pack of popadoms but in to one tasted stale looked at date bb may 2025 its currently 30th august i suggest they look at stock on shelves more often

The assistant in Chipping Campden on a Sunday is so rude, never says please or thank you. She needs to learn some manners, the customers pay her wages. I have had enough and not going back in there again, all my custom is going to the Co-op up the road.

They owe me money back. I ordered a pack of mince beef worth about £5.50 and received cheap £1.00 meatballs instead which I never ordered with my order.

Never going back. I've had enough of their stale rice and 2 hour delivery time.

A young man called Joey in seaton Carew shop really helpful and pleasant can't thank him enough 5 stars

One stop ash street has massively gone down hill since new owners have taken over. Out of date food is never checked I stupidly didn’t notice I brought meat 3 days out of date. This went straight in the bin what a con and waste of my money. I now avoid this shop and will drive out of my way not to go there. Staff are also so rude watching their phones they squeeze your food as they scan. Avoid the disappointment go elsewhere.
