We are delighted with our new Shire Barclay 7 x 7 summerhouse. It’s filled an unused corner of our garden and it’s really enhanced our garden. It has a super contemporary look. The instructions were spot on, easy to follow and everything went to plan. Installing the summerhouse was straightforward and went smoothly, every part and every screw and nail all present. We painted our summerhouse in ‘ Fresh Rosemary’ on the outside and left it natural on the inside. We did all the painting in advance of the build. It looks amazing. The service, communication and delivery were all excellent, in these difficult times as well! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Summerhouse and most definitely this company. Their communication was refreshingly excellent each step of the way. Great delivery chap too. Thank you so much.

Two 1.8m planters ordered - delivered on time, with a very efficient (and capable) delivery man who moved the heavy packages to exactly where they were needed.
All items present and correct; assembly instructions immaculate; even an old chap like me had the two planters ready within an hour. Now planted out and holding together well.

Bought a large wooden plant stand - it was expensive but really sturdy and good quality so should look great for years. Ordering was easy and there was a bit of a wait for delivery but I was kept informed as my order progressed. Assembly was straightforward- took two of us about 30 mins with an electric screwdriver. Very pleased with the item and would use this company again

Bought cover for garden arbour seems really well made hood thick material although not used yet as will use it more in winter months when arbour seat won’t be used

The garden arch arrived well packaged and soon after ordering. I had to use some longer screws as some that were provided were too short. It is better to have two people to construct the arch, but I did manage it by myself. Overall very good.

Never known a company as impractical as this one.
Had a shed delivered that had faulty panels on the door and on the front of the shed. Clear evidence was sent by myself and the delivery driver. After numerous emails, this so called “customer service” refused to collect and replace, instead they only sent individual panels for me to cut to size and replace! How on earth do they think they can treat their customers like this is beyond me! I have never known to pay full price for a item which turned out to be faulty and then on top of that to be told to fix it myself! This was all at an extra expense which they were not prepared to pay for, so I ended up paying out an extra £30 more to cut and fix 4 boards!
Disgusted and dissatisfied with the way this was handled. Definitely would not touch this company again!

The ordering process was fine and this was the only website I could find that had a log store the size and design that I was looking for. The price was reasonable and delivery was fine.

Assembly was more of a challenge as holes were not pre-drilled or marked out. The diagrams could have done with a tad more detail. As a result, assembly took longer than expected.

The log store was delivered to my property next to the pavement in heavy packs that had to be unpacked in order to relocate them awaiting an opportunity for assembly.

I managed to dispose of the large pallet on our local Facebook page so it was nice that it would be repurposed!

Overall I am pleased with the service and product but the shortcomings on the product as mentioned above above cost 1 star.

Great shed with very good delivery, easy to put together and very good price. Very pleased with it.

My wooden garden bench was supposed to take 1 person a few hours to construct. It arrived with some holes pre-drilled and other not. After about a week of the supplied drill bit getting stuck in the wood (not one day to construct...), the wood split entirely meaning it would not be safe to sit on. That was having drilled using the supplied fixings into a pre-drilled hole. I learnt a lesson that you pay £120 for a wooden bench, you get absolute rubbish quality. However I did expect to end up with some kind of usable product.
Took a while to get through to someone in customer service as OneGarden are the agent not the manufacturer. Appeared to be treating my complaint as a return rather than faulty goods. Due to covid I was unable to rewrap the bench (it was at my elderly mother's house) and return it in time for a refund. Now I have been left with broken bench parts that will not make a bench and OneGarden refusing to issue a refund for faulty goods as I did not cancel my order in time. It was not a cancellation, it was a faulty product.

I ordered an Arbour which was to be delivered within 2 weeks. When it went past the delivery date, I called up OneGarden to enquire. They weren't aware the item hasn't arrived and two days later I got an 'apology' email that the product is discontinued and refund has been processed. Not at all happy with the experience. The company isn't aware of the products they are putting up on website and I have lost precious time in setting up an arbour. When the garden and landscape companies charge a restocking fee if you decide to return an item, shouldn't they be as well responsible to provide for it if advertised and sold from their website. No proper regulations lets buyers' down.

I ordered a shed, OneGarden allowed me to pick a delivery date. The actual company who makes the shed rang to say that they can't keep to that date, but can send it 2 months later. It took a long time to decide on the shed and it's annoying when companies don't coordinate with their supplies.
OneGarden did quickly return my money, but 'our apologies' - isn't a sorry for the hassle and inconvenience.

Recently bought a Garden Arch from One Garden. Delivery was as promised, quality was great. Will not hesitate to buy from them again.

I bought a large canopy from One Garden. I thought the information on their website was clear, I found exactly what I wanted, and the payment was quick and simple. The canopy was very reasonably priced and good quality. Delivery was fast. Overall, I was very satisfied!

OneGarden kindly emailed me when an item was back in stock and made it very easy for me to place my order. The item itself was delivered promptly. With a minor damage issue on arrival, I notified customer services and problem was quickly resolved. Would gladly recommend OneGarden to anybody.

Website was easy to use and ordering was simple. Able to choose a delivery date when ordering.
Order arrived on the booked day and within the time slot. Delivery person was polite and helped to put the panels etc. in my front garden.
Great value summer house. Quality of materials is very good. Instructions are clear, making it straight forward to build. Extra screws and nails provided in case of loss or damage. My only issue was that the roof tacks weren’t very effective, so I used heavy duty staples to attach the roof felt.

Fantastic service and excellent Hampton summer house. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommended
