Ordered lots of fencing a few weeks ago and was given the choice of delivery for 29th May, took that date as it was a bank holiday, then emailed them to confirm it would be delivered and it was!!! Literally first drop yesterday at 7am! So impressed! Would definitely use these again.

OneGarden: no issues ordering so from that aspect all good, they answered any queries promptly my concern however is on OneGardens website it states choose your delivery day and that's where my journey became a little bumpy with them, basically got a email from Shire Sheds telling me when the delivery was going to be, when I tried to ask for a different delivery day, Shire (not OneGarden) just stopped answering my emails!

no instruction of fittings delivered
no one available on weekend to address issues
onegarden refuse to refund me for the expense i incurred for having to fittings i was forced to purchase to complete the build

Sent wrong item, no follow up not bothered once they’ve got your money? I had to chase everything up, eventually got the correct item which comes straight from manufacturer on a pallet that has probably been sitting with 100 others, stained and discoloured (but it is wood I suppose) One Garden customer service (I use the word service very lightly) we’re slow to respond and got the usual “sorry for your inconvenience” like I said not interested once you’ve paid, instructions are awful and wood is splitting once screws are put in, utter rubbish do not buy from them look elsewhere or you’ll regret it!

Ordered a Noahs Arbour online from One Garden that I had seen at a local garden centre. I saved over £400 and it was delivered free of charge within a week to my doorstep. It was securely pallatised and came with easy to follow assembly instructions with pictures to avoid mistakes. I'm really chuffed with the assembled unit and am pleased I chose One Garden, I had a very positive experience, thank you.

Cheap for a reason. One Garden don't make the sheds, Shire make them and deliver direct.
The Shire driver put everything up against the garage door, except it was the wrong model of shed. When I rang Shire the driver blamed the loading of his vehicle. Pity he didn't read the delivery note to check he was delivering the correct product.
36 days from order to the correct delivery is really not a sign of a good business.

THE ITEM ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS CAREFULLY PACKAGED. THE ARBOR IS STURDY AND MADE OF QUALITY WOOD. WE DID STRUGGLE WITH MAKING E IT AND WOULD SUGGEST AN ADDITIONAL SUPPORT BAR AT THE BACK TO HELP SQUARE IT UP. VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRICE AND FINISHED ITEM.

I was a bit hesitant to order with OneGarden reading some of the reviews on here but they were about £100 cheaper than most (I thought it was worth a try when it was covered with credit card protection). I worried unnecessarily; they did everything right and I can't fault them. Ordering was easy. Delivery in particular was excellent, they rang the day before with a time and stuck to it. The guy was really helpful.

We're really, really impressed with it - the neighbours are too as we've spoken to more people about the shed in the last week since we moved in two years ago! It looks great and so far, is working really well.

We built it ourselves. We aren't skilled at all but manged it relatively easily although it took a while to do. The instructions were confusing in places for amateurs and there are a lot of spare parts which confuse things. You effectively get a shed and greenhouse separately (with all the separate parts) and then the two separate sets of instructions which tell you how to build the separate structures and then tell you how to join them up. The problem is that there are inconsistencies between the sets of instructions about how you do things and what order and you have to keep referring to the different stages and figure out what works best.

The difficulty with the instructions aside, we are really pleased with it and would thoroughly recommend it.

Hampton companion garden set. The quality of the material is very good and the machining and fit of the parts is excellent. Like most flatpack furniture it is let down by the supplied hardware.20 X 7mm roundhead hex screws are supplied together with 2 different size allen keys. Neither of which fitted the screw heads properly resulting in the heads rounding out due to the chocolate material from which the screws were manufactured. I had to use an adjustable vice wrench to extract the screws. I eventually discarded some of the screws with some from my own stock and secured all with a T 20 hex driver.

One garden changed the delivery date which was hugely inconvenient for us impacting financially and logistically.
When the shed finally arrived it was not the size stated on the website. After complaining was basically told that its all in the small print.

Eg the shed was not the size we ordered and we had to angle grind our shelves to get them in. They did five a basic apology and thats it

Delivered on time, by a very helpful and happy driver.

The arbor is lovely went together easily, just needed a hand from a friend to help with the sides. Really Really pleased.

Two arches ordered and no expected delivery date given both were delivered while I was out and left by the rear door. One post was damaged but maybe not enough to matter but the main complaint is there aren't any screws or instructions for either of the arches which come with no pre drilled holes. Could have bought the wood cheaper from a local supplier and cut the wood to length my self.

Bought a shed for my garden, delivered two days ago. It is just a pile of wood, missing hinges, screws, nails and no instructions at all!…and of course no one available to speak over the weekend! I am absolutely furious as I work all week and I got no time to deal with this!

my experience, from talking to the staff, ordering my fencing. right down to offering of an earlier delivery date and the delivery staff was brilliant.

Found one garden very good. Easy to look at items on there web site. Very competitive prices. Found it very easy to order and they kept me informed all the way to delivery. They give me opportunity to pick date of delivery and I had to change the delivery date which was no problem to them. They give me a time slot and it was delivered with in that time slot which to me was excellent. All in all my experience with one garden was outstanding.

I purchased a fantastic garden table in the winter sale, great product at a bargain price. Communication and delivery spot on.

From start to finish I couldn't be happier with this order. They kept every promise to me and the quality of the product is exactly what I hoped it would be.

Delivery services have been terrible, with my order having been lost twice and delivery only being received more than a month after ordering (having been advised delivery within 10 days). I had to follow up several times about delivery.

Pretty shambolic service. We bought a zest twilight arch, for £143. The purchase was easy, with the message that the courier service would inform us of the item's delivery schedule. Not a word until the courier was knocking at the door at 8 15am one morning. Opened the box to find the trellis part had broken due to poor packaging. Few of the staples were placed in the correct locations and had sprung out and the main wooden supports had been fractured prior to packaging up. Went back to the reviews and scrolled a long LONG way to find the negative ones are held at the very bottom. Poor packaging is a theme as is broken supports. We glued it and re-drilled holes and put it up as the entire faff of returning it was too much. I waited for the link to be sent to my account to give feedback on the item. One month later the link arrives, only to go to the main home page, with no opportunity to give feedback. So here I am instead. My purchase was not worth £143 and the company needs to stop placing the negative reviews for this product at the very bottom of the feed.
