My shed was delivered on time and was complete. The written instructions were different from the online video but advised to follow video procedures. Would have appreciated clearer advice on use of short or long screws. However, two men erected shed which turned out to be looking good and is quite sturdy.
Good value for money! Could be improved with advice on suitable down pipes/ water harvesting.

I recently bought a Shires log store from One Garden and was very happy with the experience.
Ordering was easy, I was able to choose my delivery date and the log store arrived on time. The delivery driver was very courteous and friendly. It was securely palletised and is good quality not difficult to put together.
I would definitely order from One Garden again

I originally ordered a shed through Rymans, whch was a Shire shed. DONT EVER BUY A SHIRE SHED OR SUMMERHOUSE, customer service is appaling. In the end I cancelled my order with Rymans and went to OneGarden and I am really pleased I did. Their customer service and communication were both really good, delivery was prompt and on time and delivery driver was helpful. I bought a Mercia summer house 7x7 in the end, the only thing that was missing was a tube of sealant for the roof, I did not bother reporting it as I did not think I needed 2 anyway but I am sure One garden would have sent another if I had asked. The summershouse is decent, and what I was looking for and wanted to pay I am happy. It took 2 guys who were experienced 4.5 hours so if you are thinking of doing it on your own maybe double that, they did say they were not the easiest instructions to follow. Overall I am happy with the summer house and One Garden, I would recommend them and use them aagain JUST DONT BUY A SHIRE SHED FROM THEM OR ANYONE SHIRE ARE AN APPALING COMPANY.

They don’t really deserve this 1 star but unfortunately I could not give the MINUS 5 stars. I see someone has given a very similar feedback in the past as I have experienced. Their customer service is rubbish. I bought a shed via them which they ordered from Shire. The shed delivered didn’t have any glass for the windows. I immediately contacted ‘One garden’ to let them know and all they did was to try and get Shire to ring me to sort it with me. I have now been waiting 7 weeks for the glass. AND still they repeat whatever Shire tells them rather than actually coming up with a solution and pushing Shire to do something positive for their customer. I have always had to ring to find out what’s happening. I have today ensured that they understand that I am their client and NOT Shire, so I should hear from them and NOT Shire. Let’s see what happens!

Have now used this company twice, once for 6'x6' fence panels and then 3 months later for diamond lattice trellis. On both occasions, product quality was superb, delivery first class, price brilliant, and all delivered on time, and for free. my property is greatly enhanced with the use of this company.

Wood arrived heavily knotted, chains on the swinging chair also arrived rusty. Awful customer service. The product was Not worth the money imo, poor quality wood and poor after sales support.

Hard to write a negative review tbh. Unfortunately, the company is misleading on delivery dates. Ordered an item and clicked delivery date. Received a call a week later advising this could not be met by the manufacturer. Agreed further date. Received confirmation delivery texts up to and including the delivery day. Then received telephone call advising order could not be delivered for another 3-weeks. So very frustrating. Sadly a previous order was delayed too. It is good when companies are successful but not when fulfilment can not be achieved.

6 hours late for delievery did not come wrapped up had missing parts which im being told will take a week to arrive so my untreated log cabin will sit in pieces in garden being rained on for a week no compesnation offered or even an apology terrible company wont use them again

Shire garden house supplied and erected.
Erectors arrived on appointed day but no prior indication of arrival time as per website info.
Good efficient work with no faults and good squareness of doors, windows and sides.
Friendly and efficient service.
The quality of the Shire garden house is excellent with no gaps or knots in the wood. I was considering painting after protection but I will now seal with clear preservative.
Only one issue: Unable to give the underside of the base more than one coat of protection due to same day delivery and erection.

Bought a Shire garden shed through One Garden. It arrived with holes in the sides , pieces dropping off as the nails had been hammered in too hard and the wood had split and cracked the wood and on the back panel the nails hadn't even connected with the framework thus nails sticking dangerously out of the side. I have been on to Shire and they talk nicely and do NOTHING. I was told to fill the holes in with wood filler ! One Garden need to disassociate themselves with this company as it is doing their reputation no good whatsoever. Photos can be provided

Pleased with my experience with this company. The bench arrived in good condition and quickly with updates on status of delivery. Flat packed with minimal packaging and was easy to assemble. Accurately described and depicted. Overall, a very good service.

Recently bought a large Shire Corner Shed. Delivered on time as promised. Quality for the price is very good and it has made a real feature in our garden.
