The blood test results came back in a timely manner.
However you were not able to directly send the results to my GP which was disappointing.

Staff and service is 5/5. I got lab results and some were missing. It was not AI bot list but the devils is in the detail i guess. But i had 2 hours to book and take a vial. That's the brilliant part, you just go and they then post the vial to dont have to wait for one and get go to the clinic, you just book an appointment at the clinic.. The only reason it a 4 not a 5, was the missing part were not there, I did order extra, but it takes about 48 hours plus before someone runs with your email, I just didn't know if my vial was ready. My nearest clinic is 30+ miles away, and didn't want to pay and take much more time of to go again. However the vail was OK for most tests, and i could add on an extra test. With the vial i already had., Once you get past the wait, the service is top notch. Better than anywhere else. It was just my circumstances, as I also needed by the deadline, for an appointment.

The phlebotomist in Exeter is always fantastic, she's excellent at her job technically and also making people feel at ease. The full screening blood tests I ordered for my son from One Day Tests SAVED HIS LIFE after being sent home and told to take a multivitamin by a GP who refused to do any further testing when their extremely basic panel showed nothing.

I have been for two of the tests… I love that you can call in without an appointment… but obviously it is best to book as some tests need a fasting before they are taken…. So better to check.
Although I went in for the full on test to potentially test my whole body… I am seventy plus and luckily feeling well! I just wanted reassurance that all the inside organs were all functioning properly…
The detailed report came back and was very comprehensive and helped me a lot. It explains in great detail and the different graphs help you see exactly where your levels are according to the “normal guidelines”.
I’m not tech savvy and the team were very helpful when I found it difficult to find the link on my dashboard… so all in all a helpful service especially in today’s climate. Thank you team… I am in Exeter and feel that although expensive… to me it put my mind at ease… and you can’t put a price on peace of mind. : )

I definitely can’t recommend the Home Kit Test. I wasn’t able to collect the required amount of blood, and the whole process was very painful. BUT I called the clinic, and they scheduled me right away for an in-clinic blood draw. The experience with the nurse was very pleasant and painless. The results came back very quickly.
