Female hormone panel missing progesterone
Booked a female hormone panel but surprised to find it did not include the key female hormone progesterone. This should be made clearer when booking as this panel appears when searching for progesterone which is misleading. I complained about this after my results and received an apology but no compensation despite now having wasted money on a panel which was not fit for purpose.

Good afternoon, Each blood test listed on our website details all the markers that are included in the test. We appreciate the female hormone test appeared on the search but when you click on the test it does state the markers that are included.
Fast and Efficient Service
The service was excellent..super easy to book and the lady (Tatiana) at Crawley who took my bloods was very welcoming, professional and informative. The results came back super quick and although a touch on the expensive side...it's the only real way of getting specific blood tests done quickly, reliably and without a long wait.

Satisfied - will come back again
The results were delivered the same day. The lady who took the blood sample was very kind and didn’t feel any pain. Booked the appointment for the next day and didn’t have to wait at all for the sample collection. Will prefer them again - only wish they had kept the Reigate branch.

Not all indicators are defined
I need to monitor my insulin levels, but this laboratory does not measure this indicator. ALT is also needed in comparison with AST, but AST is not used in assessing liver function.

Also, for the liver function, both AST and ALT are included here: https://onedaytests.com/products/liver-function-blood-test
So we are not quite sure what the confusion is, but if you do get in touch with us, we would be happy to book the tests for you. Everything you require is offered by our laboratory.

It was an amazing experience
It was an amazing experience. The phlebotomist did a quick and painless job, and everyone there is really nice and supportive. I got the results that I was happy with, and they were very clear and did the job fast :)
