The appointment was very quick, the person who took the sample was kind and professional. I recieved the results extremely quickly, about 2 days after I did the test.

I would definitely recommend, I have booked follow up tests with them.

Edit: I have since been back for follow up tests, great experience as said before. This time I got the results the next day!

I visited the Cambridge clinic, the phlebotomist was a lovely lady. Made me feel at ease and was very caring when taking blood. She made sure I felt ok and explained about the health dashboard. I received my results very quickly and it was easy to understand. I recommend this company and I will visit again for sure. Thank you

I ordered the test after watching the information video on line. Once the test arrived it was a little tricky taking the sample but I managed to complete the sample and send it off. The results came back really quickly and I was able to do some research on my results on line. I was offered a 15 minute consultation with a doctor to review the results but I found this quite expensive at £85. I appreciate time spent by a doctor is going to be expensive but in my experience discussing the results of a blood test shouldn’t take too long and therefore I feel the quotation was too high.

I was very nervous about the whole thing. Very confused about what I needed to ask. The person was great, very kind, reassuring and knew what needed to be done. Also, no pain!

The Phlebotomist was lovely however after filling in the forms, I didn't see the phlebotomist wash her hands and during this time she was setting up from the last client leaving, there also was no wipeable bed or couch roll or anything. Just a towel on the bed that the patient previous had also sat on which shocked me considering the room is used to take blood. Then after touching various things like a sharps bin, laptop, pen and clip board, without washing her hands she then was about to take my blood. I looked away so I didn't see and then when I looked round I noticed the lady was only wearing one glove and had taken my bloods without proper PPE on which shocked me. Overall I have left feeling a little concerned about the hygiene and cross contamination at this location. I paid £170 for a private service and I'm very disappointed.

Appointment made within days. Nurse drew blood painlessly. Results came back sooner than promised and were clear.

I visited a clinic to have my blood taken at 10:00 am on a Tuesday and received some of my test results at 2:30 pm and the remainder just before 5:00pm the following day.
Very satisfied.

I find this service excellent, very easy and I got my results after two days. The phlebotomist was very nice to me as I was a bit anxious before my blood test. I recommend this place to everyone.

All great.However it should be clear on website that blood test costs so mu ch and clinc visit costs so much Left for worker in clinic to explain this which is not fair or good.

Sent lots of requests to find out my result - I finally got a reply after leaving my one star review here. I waited 2 weeks to be told it had been lost in transit and never made the lab. I was then offered a repeat test free of charge or a refund.

I arrived a little early and was seen straight away. A good repore with the phelbotomist and blood test made with any problems and without haste.

Very quick results. Very happy thank you.
