One Click Cars Anmeldelser

Trustworthy!

Recently I bought a new Jaguar XF from One Click Cars. The staff in this dealership are well trained and extremely professional. The sales representative assisting me with the purchase was Hassan. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to helping me pick up a vehicle that suits my lifestyle needs. He is friendly and patient in the whole process, and explicitly explains all the fees /taxes that may apply.

To sum up, Quick and painless — the dealership made the process easy. Quick and clear communication (email AND in-person). Most importantly No-pressure and I didn't feel rushed.

Recommend till the end. Thanks guys!

Quick service

Changed our minds on the car we wanted and One Click were able to come up with an alternative on the same day.

I'm satisfied with the level of professionalism been shown towards the purchase of my new car and I am very pleased with the car.

Amazing service from start to finish!! I loved the car very clean. Thank you to Jessica for being so helpful, kind and honest throughout the process. She was an angel!!! Highly recommend !!

One Click Cars were absolutely phenomenal! Not only did they help me find my dream car, but they also managed to get me accepted on a brilliant finance rate at the age of 18. Nowhere else that I went to was able to offer me finance and now because of OCC I am on the path to building a strong credit score. I will definitely be going back to One Click Cars for my vehicles in the future!

Can’t explain how easy it was to buy my car , I bought my Bentley bentayga from one click they sourced my car with a massive spec at a great price better than Autotrader prices , customer service was excellent I recommend them 100% I couldn’t fault the service staff very polite and professional always updating me with the purchase till delivery date and got it delivered to my house at no extra cost . Thanks guys

Purchasing my Porsche Cayenne through One Click Cars has been amazing. From my first enquiry through the website which was extremely simple to submit, to then discussing different finance options with the team I was able to achieve a monthly budget which suited my needs. Jess worked tirelessly to finalise the finance and have the car delivered to me within a week. The car was delivered with all of the relevant paperwork. I would highly recommend One Click Cars to anyone looking at purchasing there next car.

I just bought a BMW 4 series, using One click cars. It was such an easy way to select the right car from home, all the information and spec was spot-on, the car was delivered within 2 days and is perfect, I am so happy and would not hesitate to recommend OCC to anyone, it’s so much easier and saves so much time than getting confused by going from one dealer to another.. Plus during this covid time you can choose the car you want in a safe place; also the great thing is there is a full refund guarantee if your not happy. It’s a no brainer.

From start to finish One Click Cars have been absolutely outstanding in helping me find the suitable car for me and double checking it is up to standards before going forward, I am very pleased in the professionalism by the One Click Cars Team as it has made the processes for me hassle free, I would highly recommended to anyone as I am very happy to have chosen them once again thank you so much for the amazing service

The whole experience has been amazing especially Hasan , who was continuously in touch with me for timely delivery of my new BMW 5 series . He was providing me with regular progress update on the delivery. He provided right guidance at every step of this purchase. The team at reception is equally welcoming and amazing as none of calls were ignored and very polite communication. The Finance team also, worked out all the paperwork very smoothly and answered all the queries in a very professional manner. Overall, a great experience with ONE CLICK CARS

My experience with Once click cars overall has been really good.
Jessica helped me with different options based on my budget and my requirements. Overall process was really simple and easy right from booking the car I liked to making the payments and delivery.

One Click Cars have provided me the best guide, advice and help with finding the cars i wanted for pleasure and business. Hassan was able to give me a good deal on selling my vehicle and find me an amazing deal with one click cars at the same time. The entire team was very helpful and very efficient and made the transition smooth. Well done guys on making this work for me.

Very easy to use and very friendly service very happy

Thank you one click cars, especially Hassan and Michael who helped source my dream car hassle free. The process was simple and quick and would definitely go through them again.

Dealing with One Click Cars has been the best and the smoothest process i have ever experienced without a doubt! because of this amazing dealership i am now whizzing around in my dream car. they were the only dealership to get me to my monthly finance budget and explained to me the difference between HP and PCP. Amazing staff who work there very friendly and polite. Ill definitely be recommending them to all my friends who are looking to buy cars.

Great service. Highly recommended! They got me a 0% finance and even delivered the car on time at the place of my choice due to time restraints. The salesperson will sit with you and get to know your preferences and then find you a car that you'll be happy with. Then after sales service is great too as they'll guide you with any queries you may have. The car came with a 2yr warranty as well. Overall a great experience. Thankyou.
