The guy I spoke to was lovely and very helpful. I thought signing up for life insurance would be difficult and time-consuming, but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and quick the whole process was.

Have recently had the most OBNOXIOUS, OBSESSIVE interactions with One Choice Insurance. I was prompted through another channel to fill out a questionnaire re: whether One choice Insurance offered what we were looking for by way of life insurance and was wanting to consider home and contents as well. The questionnaire I understood would match me up with an appropriate subscription for me to look into except what it actually did was AUTOMATICALLY set me up for a phone call from them. In the following hours my household had a horrific spout of Influenza A come through and I was essentially unable to dedicate time to the phone call at all however in the first day they rang several times and once I noticed I became extremely put off by the obsessive amount of calls. So late that night I then just opted to block the number and call it a day. Over the following 2-3 days they called from many different numbers, multiple times a day! I was dumbfounded at the level of desperation and obsession it took for them to make so many calls and if a number was blocked they would obsessively call from different numbers. CRAZY!!! On the 4th day I had no other option, since ill myself and under the pump with caring for my 4 ill children to finally give them the time I didn’t have to ask them to stop calling me! I explained that I did not initially want a call back and that was automatically done via the questionnaire online and that I have not got time to talk with them and don’t appreciate the sheer amount of phone calls from numerous numbers to the degree of it becoming intrusive, obsessive and extremely unprofessional. To which the flop on the other end of the call attempted to argue with me over whether or not I have had to block them 5 different times to answer the 6th number! I don’t rate this company, will absolutely avoid, avoid, avoid and will be forewarning anyone to steer clear of this persistent nuisance of a company!
