My physiotherapist Drashti was very attentive and thoughtful, the treatment and service was good and all the advice received from them was very helpful.

Absolutely fantastic, my therapist Maithili was so attentive and I can’t believe my chronic back and neck pain is virtually all gone in just two sessions! She was so attentive and explained what was causing my pain and how it manifested itself in my muscles. For example, my shoulder pain was caused by the back exercises I was doing incorrectly and so my shoulder was overworking itself during the exercise. She had shown me the correct form and how to activate the different muscles in my back for different exercises (Low cable row, high cable row etc..). This is genuinely a million times better than any Thai massage I’ve ever had and I will be continuing my sessions once a month to prevent any future problems!

I was given a friendly, informative and accurate advice towards my rehab. I would definitely use One body again LDN

One Body are great. They always listen carefully to your concerns and take great care in helping to relieve any pain. I really appreciate that they also explain how to manage it yourself and provide useful exercises to support everyday activities and prevent further issues.

Overall my experience was wonderful. The masseur was very kind, professional and able to give me a much needed massage. My main problem was me not knowing what I needed at the time. I took me a few trials and errors to realise how good the massage was for what I requested at the time. Staff overall were also kind and professional and the favourites was clean and comfortable.

Great physio who knows what he’s doing

I have had a good experience with my physiotherapist through One Body LDN who was very competent and helpful.

However, the platform service is really poor. In using their platform, I had accidentally cancelled an appointment when trying to find my existing appointments. I selected the wrong one. I rebooked the same appointment the next minute. I was immediately debited a late cancellation fee. I tried to get in touch with admin support to cancel the automatic debiting of the late cancellation fee but was not answered. I did go and lay for my appointment and was also charged a late cancellation fee despite the appointment taking places

Overall, they provide little to no customer service and are not happy to help or keep existing customers.

Deepali was great, listened well to my history and was thoughtful in her response and subsequent treatment.
