The Finsbury Park Physio is handling my treatment in a very clear way explaining the way-forward, timing, expectations in terms of pain relief etc

Straightforward booking experience and my physio (Harshada at the Hanover Square location) is amazing. She sorted out my hip issue over 2-3 months of treatment and I decided to go and see her for the neck as well.

Knowledgeable physio who has made a difference to my injury. However, more expensive to change an appointment which is a bit annoying.

My physiotherapist Drashti was very attentive and thoughtful, the treatment and service was good and all the advice received from them was very helpful.

Absolutely fantastic, my therapist Maithili was so attentive and I can’t believe my chronic back and neck pain is virtually all gone in just two sessions! She was so attentive and explained what was causing my pain and how it manifested itself in my muscles. For example, my shoulder pain was caused by the back exercises I was doing incorrectly and so my shoulder was overworking itself during the exercise. She had shown me the correct form and how to activate the different muscles in my back for different exercises (Low cable row, high cable row etc..). This is genuinely a million times better than any Thai massage I’ve ever had and I will be continuing my sessions once a month to prevent any future problems!

One Body are great. They always listen carefully to your concerns and take great care in helping to relieve any pain. I really appreciate that they also explain how to manage it yourself and provide useful exercises to support everyday activities and prevent further issues.
