It was very a very complete learning experience. I will always go back to On Course Learning for all of my real estate educational needs.

An 8 Hr CE that takes about a week to do?
Too much reading.
Next time I'd prefer to take an online, live or in person class.

Terribly designed course. Start with basic terms before diving into the legal things with no explanation of what the words mean.
Possibly the worst online course I've ever taken.

After I completed the Georgia one our class online, you did not send the document to NMLS . Please send this document ASAP.

I liked the content and format of this online class. It was easy to follow. The content was relevant and professional for mortgage broker continuing education. Great benefit is being able to do the sections on your own time schedule. This course requires you to read and be engaged the entire time, reading, answering questions and doing quizzes during each section, with an exam at the end. Exactly what I expected for an online course.

The customer service representative was friendly, courteous and resolved my issue vey quickly.

I have wasted so much time with a password reset that should be really simple. I have only received one email with the option to reset that link has expired now every other email that I receive doesn’t show the reset option

I would NEVER recommend taking a course through them. I have had to have them set my course 5 times because of log in error, bio sig, it not showing they reset it, etc. I now have to file a claim through my bank to get refunded since I’ve been trying for over 30 days to take a class. HORRIBLE. They are no help at all.

Decent training at an affordable price.

Ppl would have to be insane to not take the test prep for the MLO exam. There is just so much material to know that unless you have first hand industry knowledge and experience, you have literally less than a zero % chance of passing. I was a little skeptical, concerned about the price given all the other fees, hours of additional studying taking and failing every single practice exam in the 60% range thinking it was over for me - no exaggeration. But, you absolutely have to trust the process and grind it out to figure out what you know and what you don't and keep at it. The prep material was far more thorough, exhaustive and difficult than the actual test in my opinion, but, I would rather have had it that way and be well prepared than purchase an easier, cheaper test prep course that spoon feeds easy questions, gives you a false sense of confidence and hope only to get destroyed on the actual exam. The only regret was I did it all in 1 full week before the exam when I should’ve given myself at least 2 weeks to study given the sheer volume of material. Good luck and trust the process!

User friendly

Textbook well written, very easy to understand.

The content of the course was great! Video Instructors were pleasant to listen to and the online phone support was helpful.
Suggestions:
1. The time-out period should be longer.
2. The “forward” icon you click on to forward to the Practice Exam should be larger and say forward to Practice Exam.

Very easy to use. Also OnCourse communicates with NMLS very quickly to reduce any wait times.

I will continue to use OnCourse for all of my education needs!
