Bedtime story
The lady instructor with the karen cut was horrible. She basically just read off the slides and added no additional input. It would have been more helpful to read a textbook so then I wouldn't be falling asleep to her talking. The guy instructor added some good examples and insights but also did just read off the slides in the initial chapters. The vocab slides are also useless. Turn them into a readable page instead of having monotone instructors basically read you the dictionary for 20 minutes.

The time requirement for each of our mortgage courses is 50 minutes per credit hour seat time. These requirements are mandated by each state and by the NMLS. To progress, you will need to run the timer down within the course before taking the final exam.

Unfortunately, BioSig is a separate company from OnCourse Learning that is mandated to be in our courses by the NMLS. The primary purpose for BioSig-ID is to ensure MLOs are completing education requirements in accordance with the SAFE Act. Please note that the BioSig-ID software is designed to inform NMLS of suspicious user behaviors.

I purchased and completed the 8 hr SAFE…
I purchased and completed the 8 hr SAFE Comprehensive 2024 Video package, on Oct 6, 2024, thinking that it included the required 7 hrs plus 1 hr of California specific course. This is not the case. Come to find out I am not qualified to renew my license yet because the 8th hr is not the required specific course that the state needs. Beware of the word "Comprehensive". It does not mean what you think. Now I have to find another 1 hr course somewhere else to complete my CE. I have emailed OnCourse Learning for support and no one have replied.

Easy sign up. Great instructor
My previous instructor of 15 years retired, so I had to try a new school with a new instructor.
Sign up was extremely easy, and I really enjoyed their instructor Eric. He made the class enjoyable and knew his craft. I will be back next year.

I am trying to reach all the contact…
I am trying to reach all the contact numbers you have on your site, but all of them take you to the same automatic system that says, "Please call back during normal business hours." However, I am calling during normal business hours, after 7:30 CST.
I paid for a Prep XL course on Friday to do the exam the next Friday. The payment was withdrawn, Today is Monday and I still can't log in. The system says my account has been deactivated. no contact at all so far
