As a new to UGC creator Bento has been such an easy to learn and can start pitching to a brand. Thank you for such a great help to start this amazing journey.

Bento made me understand how pitching works. I love how seamless they make the entire process. Before I would pitch directly to the DMs of brands I wanted to collaborate with and I would get no response—but with Bento I can access the relevant contacts and pitch confidently.

It is pretty good for the first time using it with free option, but I think some of the emails are in need of updating because some of them aren’t working or… the person no longer works with the company.

I’m a new UGC Creator and Bento has made it so easy for me to navigate through this new journey. They offer everything I need I one app! I highly recommend it!

Bento is amazing! It took something I was struggling to find time to do (send pitches) and made it more than doable. In the amount of time it would have taken me to track down contact information and write ONE pitch I was able to send 20. Not to mention I don’t have to keep switching tabs between my email, documents and AI just to write a pitch - it’s all on one place!

I've had a really great experience with Bento. It made finding relevant brands so much easier thanks to the country filters, and I love how everything is organized. Writing, checking, and sending outreach emails is quick and seamless, which saves a lot of time. The whole platform feels intuitive and easy to use. Definitely a great tool for UGC creators!

As a new UGC Content Creator, Bento has helped me a lot in ways I wouldn't have thought! Honestly, contacting brands has never been easier, and mind you, Bento lists ALL contacts available. I am currently working without the upgraded version, but I don't mind it. I love the fact that Bento tries to help in every way possible, such as the free upgrade on emails per month. And, one thing that I found shocking (for good) is the way the site helps you write everything you need since the moment you sign in! It also has free courses you can join. However, the most important thing for me was the accessibility. I am based in Europe and unfortunately I had a hard time finding campaigns and brands available to work near me. With Bento I finally found solution and I am very thankful! Keep up the good work!

I haven’t secured a paid collaboration through Bento yet, so I can’t speak to the conversion rate. However, I appreciate that the platform provides tools to help creators get in front of brands, and it’s been a useful resource for organizing and improving my outreach.

Overall, I’d recommend Bento to creators who are just starting their UGC journey or looking for a simple way to begin pitching brands. If you’re serious about increasing your outreach volume, the paid plan may be worth considering.

onBento has been the most effective tool I've used for reaching out to brands and actually gets results. The platform is very user friendly and I recommend it to my friends who are seeking to collaborate with brands as content creators.

As a business on the receiving end of dozens of similarly written spammy emails in short bursts, which I discovered originated from this app, I can tell you it doesn't bode well for wanting to work with anyone reaching out this way. When I receive a pitch email offering the same UGC service from dozens of gmail addresses, with similarly written followups, I just assume it's spam or a scam and mark it accordingly. It gets tedious. If you are in marketing, and you have a pitch, write it yourself, research the target business yourself, and tailor your pitch to that business. This app is just annoying. We are just a small business and spend way too much time sifting through junk emails like this.

Bento has really helped me discover local brands that I didn’t know about in my country, also with pitching, I have gotten some deals out of it, highly recommend.
