Products are ok, but they always add 3-5 items to your cart every time you check out. It's an unreal scam

Delicious Product!!! i have ordered 20+ bags of their air dried beef in a month. It's delicious and their customer service is top notch (they noticed my repeated orders and reached out with a personalized thank you)

I would go to negative stars if I could. I ordered 2 jars of beef tallow. This was my first order. I had wanted one as I was just trying it for the first time but that wasn’t an option. I got an email verifying the order.
I got a second email shortly thereafter showing another order for two more jars. I neither ordered or needed more. This was followed quickly by an email asking me if Mark had provided me with good customer service. Well, I just had been billed for another $38 for tallow I didn’t order and had never dealt with Mark or anyone else.
I emailed about the error and got the most convoluted response about a pop up box on order forms asking if the purchaser would like to order more before the order went through. Uh, no, as I had only wanted one jar to begin with and only got two because I had two and the initial email showed the order was correct.
A follow up email from the company advised me to go to their forum to initiate a return. What a joke. They wanted to charge me $21.95 to return the jars I DIDN’T ORDER that cost $38.
Do yourself a favor and get your beef tallow from a reputable company.

I love the idea of what they are trying to do and the commitment they have made. But, this was a huge miss for me, unfortunately. I really really wanted to like and thought I would, I bought 6 bags. The texture was more than I could bare. It was too gritty and tasted somewhat like rancid oil.

Paul Saladino stated in his "the best grilling hack" video that it's Memorial Day sale, everything is 20% off, the biggest sale of the year. When I sent an email asking why I could not get 20% off, the company respoded that the discount is tiered based on my order size?! So there is no sale? I asked. They did not respond to me. Then I asked the third time the same question. They responded saying that my question was handed over to a "relevant team". Obviously, it's a lie because I never received any response. So,what else is a lie? The quality of the product. The honey is of a poor quality. It tastes more like a store bought honey, as experts explained, it's the result when feeding bees with sugar. Also, the products are unreasonably overprised. 12 oz jar cost $60? What a scam. What a disgrace.

The honey tastes great. I received my order and tasted the honey first thing. I love the dark golden color and the taste is quite lovely.
