The customer service is really good and the skateboard is awesome like I've never had a skateboard that good in my life

This is the best board I ever bought. The company is responding very quickly and is really keen to help. I asked for a remote to be fully compliant with EU rules (25km/h max) and they created it especially for me! The board is incredible! I received it litterally on the 24th of december! I'm fully supporting this company and I hope they will keep this level of quality forever.
The deck is flex which is a real pleasure and makes the riding very comfortable.
I've been using for a month now.

OMW is one of the best brands out there in terms of customer service, quality, creative designs and reliable electric skateboards.

What makes OMW stand out? Their creativity on the Cavalry and Lancer on how everything is put together and how the internal parts are very easy replace without having to disassemble almost everything. ESC on Cavalry can be slid out and inserted just like old classic video game console cartridge by removing some screws and bolts and them offering colouride trucks from DKP to TKP.

Each boards are made to suit many type of riders from beginners and up to advanced riders. And thanks to bluetooth capability ESC, anyone can connect through third party app such as Tuya Smart App to tune the board however they like and limit the top speed if they want to and many more. Anyone can also test out to make sure built in lights work via app as well.

Customer service is excellent. They actually cares about people and to make sure they are satisfied with their purchase and help them and they are very responsive and amazing.

They offers customized coloured parts for TKP and DKP trucks to make it theirs. Their products are ultra reliable and their set of tires are also excellent as well since it's coming from motorcycle company that made tires for the motorcycles.

I'm looking forward to what they come up with next and hoping to see AT bamboo boards, mountain boards and even boards with split angle bamboo deck or carbon fibre composite deck with belt drive or gear drive as an option and wider trucks about 10.5" or wider which would be amazing.

OMW makes wonderful electric skateboards, like the Lancer that I got, which is very nice. It is comfortable to ride and durable against wet weather.

The lancer is such a good board. I have been downhill longboarding for 15 years and the lancer is actually the first eskate I have owned. Definitely recommend. I got the mad 105's and the 150mm numatic wheels for the lancer and is so fun on the street or off road. The light kit is also a must
