Dear OMillionaire Support Team,

I have been a regular OMillionaire ticket purchaser since the program started.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my withdrawal request from the OMillionaire draw held on 18 December 2025, in which I won AED 10,000.

I initiated three withdrawal requests via bank transfer, as detailed below:
AED 500 requested on 20 December 2025
AED 500 requested on 24 December 2025
AED 500 requested on 31st March 2026

On every withdrawal i am getting withdrawn successfully message and the same amount is debited from my wallet balance also.

As of today, I have not received either amount in my personal bank account.
I have made several attempts to contact your support team through the call center number, WhatsApp, and email; however, I have not received a clear or satisfactory response regarding the status of my withdrawals.

Kindly treat this matter as urgent and provide:

A clear update on the status of my withdrawal requests
The expected date of credit
Any reference numbers or confirmation related to the transfers

You replied to my review so instantly here at Trustpilot. But if with same dedication you guys respond in your official support channels then no body would have to come here for the grievances. Maybe the team working for responses here at Truspilot is from Earth and those at support teams are working from Mars. Or maybe only handful of people are running Omillionaire like Maradona and some few other people.

Moreover the lines in your responses were very critical and dangerous. It said:

"A successful debit does not always mean the payment was fully confirmed by the gateway. In such cases, the amount is usually either credited to the wallet, ticket issued later, or automatically reversed by the bank depending on the payment status."
So this means even if payment is successfully confirmed, and, if ticket would have matched the winning numbers and these conditions arise,then, ticket would be issued later & prize not paid ?
And, travel restrictions is happening now, and, you mentioned it as a reason for not showing Live Draw, which I openly condemn as your Live draws stopped long before the current ongoing disturbances. It just seem like making excuses.

THEY DO NOT PAY. They have not paid anybody since the price of tickets changed. (And maybe before that as well)
They are scamming people.Dont waste your hard earned money here. Complain as much as possible to the concerned authorities.

What I have assessed is like this after reading different reviews... 90% negative... and the reply from OMillionaire is somewhat the same or similar to all the negative reviews.

1. Ever since the UAE has banned lotteries from UAE, O'Millionaire has gone rogue... and is being run by indian organised scam team.
They instantly transfer 2 digit amounts to the player's account but 3 digit amount go under screening and verification excuse...

2. If you see all the balls draw videos. It's ONE SMARTY PANTS is standing there pressing buttons to retreive balls with a very green background...
Nothing else... no other participant...

3. You see list of winners? Only a few with photos and even those are from either one year ago or 2 years ago... or no time line...
Why???

4. You don't see any winners pictures from 2025 til today...

Moreover. This guy replying to the comments saying contact our official team... has he ever given an email whom to contact or which email to write to ???
I have seen multiple apologies and regrets... but no solution.

It's my personal opinion.

The website is no longer functioning and now shows a technical error. I strongly believe the company has deliberately cheated its customers.
Initially, the ticket price was AED 25.00, which was later reduced to AED 5.00. This drastic reduction was a clear sign of fraudulent activity. During this period, they appear to have collected as many payments as possible from the market before ultimately deceiving their customers.

Fake Company, Fraudulent payment gateways

Fake Company. Charged me for the draw twice and no ticket issued. Still waiting for refund on the final screen it says there was issue with your payment invalid card details, when checked my bank statement i was deducted twice. Waste of money and time.

I have already contacted your support team with payment proof no response like no one bothers on your support line or not sure if there is any one to respond to the queries. My bank will not refund it is money taken by your bank so it is you to refund i am not suppose to follow up for the mess created from your end. Either i was supposed to refunded or should have been issued with a ticket it was that simple, but till now there is no resolution.

This is draw very fare but raffle amount not received any player

This is draw very fare, ade 10 to 500 they are transferring amount easy and early as per TAT but every draw raffle winners not showing they faces yet. May be they are not giving Raffle amount to any one.

Simply they are giving smaller amounts to winners and higher amount not disclosed.

Emirates draws are very transparent given all the raffle amount and higher big amounts also.

Some thing wrong going with O Millionaire team specially higher winning amounts few players are playing more than 2 years also they are not giving Raffle. Atleast regular players who are playing more than 1 year continually they will happy atleast raffle amount for they future plans
