Lotto 247 is a legitimate scam I have been playing online lottery on this site for last two years now. However, I have come to realize that
When Loto 27 states that they are purchasing tickets on our behalf and holding them in safekeeping, what exactly is the problem with simply providing us with a photocopy or scan copy of those tickets?

So actually they never purchase the ticket. They simply collect the money from us and After that, they take the money and share it

I strongly suspect that Lotto247 is a scam.

The platform does not have a legitimate or secure payment gateway. Every time you try to deposit money, you are asked to transfer funds to random UPI IDs under different names like Shilpi, Shubham, Kundan, Ali, Ahmad, and many others. These are not consistent or verifiable business accounts. In fact, Google Pay often flags these transactions with fraud warnings, which is extremely concerning.

It raises serious questions — why is a supposed gaming platform using personal UPI accounts instead of a proper, authenticated payment system? Who are these individuals receiving the money?

On top of that, there appears to be only one customer support representative (H***), which feels highly unprofessional for a platform handling financial transactions.

I recently made a deposit but accidentally entered the last digit of the reference number incorrectly. There is no option to correct or re-submit the reference ID. Despite sharing screenshots, bank notifications, and complete proof of payment, their support team keeps repeating the same response: “We need to investigate.” (Without any timeline).

This is unacceptable. If you cannot manage something as basic as payment verification, you should not be running such a platform.

Given the way deposits are handled, I have zero confidence that withdrawals would ever be processed smoothly or at all.

I would strongly advise others to stay away from this platform.

Considering this the holiday season, that was pretty fast service. Online, live verification was very easy. Reliable, honest and customer-friendly. Can't understand why, some of those not-so-good reviews posted here by a few. You got a long-time client, and an admirer here, for sure !!

It's been verified past 48 hours still waiting on money something not sitting right with me.

It appears that Lotto247 has discontinued diposit by utilizing Credit Card.

withdrawing your money from this app is just a trauma....so in my review if anyone facing problem in withdrawing money then all qualities of this app is useless....in withdrawing there art so many verifications....i m submitting all documents but they are not verifying....its just a scam..please be carefull

It's very hard to contact them. There's always an error using the credit card - (that I am using for a longtime) they're Pushing me to use THEIR PREFERRED MODE OF PAYMENTS (What a business style) they earned Millions of dollars but NO AVAILABLE CHAT SUPPORT For Us.

I made a ₹1,000 deposit to Lotto247 on 8th September 2025, and my money was successfully debited from my account but never credited to my Lotto247 wallet.

When I tried to deposit, first the UPI payment option failed because the vendor they provided was blacklisted.
Then I used IMPS/UPI bank transfer, and the payment went through successfully — I have proof, screenshots, and transaction IDs.

Instead of proper banking channels, Lotto247 keeps rotating shady local vendors in India to collect payments.

I reached out to support immediately, and all they said was,

> “We have forwarded your proof to our payment provider for investigation.”
No timeline, no accountability, and no resolution even after several days!

Lotto247 is operating in a legal grey area — international lottery deposits are not allowed directly in India.

If they take your money and don’t credit it, there’s no way to recover it.

This website lotto247.com is totally scam website. Do not ever login and deposit money here. So many victims having similar problems from this website which is strong point for the website being scamming site.

My problem which I experience in lotto247:
1. You will never win a lotto here, even by miracle you win the lottery you will not receive it in your lifetime as this scam site.

2. I deposited my amount twice in this website. They never asked for personal details for verification to deposit the amount. But when it is time to withdrawal the amount they asked so many personal details which is irrelevant.

3. After submitting all the legal documents to them, still they did not verify the account for withdrawing the money.
