Great experience however the booking at…
Great experience however the booking at the venue was not made in either of our names and took considerable time to find. It was booked under the random name of one of your employees. On the plus side the manager did upgrade our table.

I have spoken to our ticketing manager Tim ( all of our tickets are booked under his name) who has provided me with the email he sent to the venue advising them of your name and booking details.
This looks to be an unfortunate oversight at the venue.
We are very sorry on the venues behalf and are sure this was a one time error as we have been sending customers to this venue for a while now.

A brilliant weekend with excellent hotel and show
We all loved the whole experience. The Good Hotel was amazing with the staff very friendly and attentive. It was ideally situated for the O2 - we used the cable car to get there which was fun. Mamma Mia the Party was brilliant. The food was served piping hot and very tasty and the whole show was brilliant. We loved the fact that the waiting staff joined in, in the dancing and singing too. It was a wonderful show and I thoroughly recommend it, along with the Good Hotel. I’m so glad I booked through Travelzoo to get this deal. Thank you.

Fantastic trip
The show was amazing. The hotel was a bit far out of London but only one tube ride to the show which was good.
The hotel was clean and a community hotel which means some of their funding goes to good causes which was great, but the single beds are very small, smaller than a single and we had to ask 3 times for decaf tea bags, but overall a great trip and a very good price

Great value for money
Great value for money!
The Devil Wears Prada was an entertaining show and we had fabulous seats.
The Good Hotel was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, we were all pleased with our rooms and the breakfast was delicious!
