I paid for my oil change and submitted my receipt. Instead of reimbursing me you sent a $55 payment to my dealership who says they have no record of receiving it! I am awaiting proof of payment you in or to track down where the payment was applied but have still received a response to my request!
Omega Rocks!
I have had 3 or 4 interactions with Omega in the last 6 months and it has been a positive interaction every time. They listen, are respectful, know how to handle any question or concern and follow through with what they say they will do. Thank you Omega!
A truly outstanding employee.
Omega was having phone sys issues connecting with warranty claims. Samantha tried to transfer my call and when she saw it failed to transfer she actually called me back and took my claim information. She made sure it got to the right department. And I received my approval the next morning. Samantha is outstanding in her desire to do the job right. Very rare quality in todays world. She is to be commended.
For years they made calls
For years they made calls, sent letters offering a extended warranty on my vehicle. I took them up on it because of the high cost of repairs, and my vehicle milage. They sold me a contract we had it for three months paying $545.00. This summer the AC went out so we took it to a repair shop. They called in the claim, and it was denied. Told us they wouldn't cover any repairs because the vehicle had a branded title. They should have caught that before selling us the policy. Because of Omega I'm out $975. Very bad !!!

Service staff were great!!!
Molly at the service desk was awesome!!! Shannon was also super helpful over the phone. Both were accommodating and flexible, always smiling. Service turned out to be covered, so even better! (Oil pan gasket needed replacement) Highly recommend... Thank you!!!!
Required maintenance only
It wasn't really an experience. All I did was get the required maintenance which would have been an oil change or the windshield wipers. They help me ease some of the financial stress with the reimbursement which isn't the full amount of course but every little bit helps. Thank you.
Very difficult for the service…
Very difficult for the service department to make contact with someone to arrange payment. They were put on hold for hours. When I tried calling in their place, I too was put on hold. They no longer want me to go there as long as I have this insurance policy. They can’t afford to be put on hold that long. They must take care of other customers. I’ve tried calling other shops around town, and nobody wants to deal with this type of payment arrangement.
The date listed below is an estimate as I no longer have the paperwork. I was getting an oil change. Ended up paying myself and waiting for a reimbursement.
Worse company to work with
Worse company to work with. Took forever to respond. They delay the whole process gave me the run around until finally they sent an adjuster just to tell us the warranty does not cover the issue my truck has. Paying all this money for them not to cover anything it so ridiculous! I DO NOT recommend getting this company for any warranty coverage!

They gave me the run around assuming truck is lifted which is not. Blaming my tires cause the fuel system to go out. Do not do business with them at all do not recommend

Harassing calls, nothing they said they covered was actually covered. It was a yrs worth of lost money. Untrustworthy and don't listen
I wish I could give no stars
I wish I could give no stars, this is one of the worst experiences I've had dealing with a vehicle. They had my mechanic go through so much, a breakdown of the engine they removed the entire engine only to deny my claim , I've been out of a car since April renting cars and I won't be reimbursed for that. Now I'm being told to send a notarized letter to get a refund? It's so much and such a hassle it's such a bad experience and the worst thing I could have done!!! Don't do it !!!!!

This place should get no stars. Because this company is a scam and a rip off..
The service was terrible. When I needed a repair of my vehicle. I made a claim. And they were on the phone with my mechanic.. and they got hung up on not once but twice. So those repairs had to come out of my pocket.. and I was financing the warranty at the time. So a few months later, I said enough is enough.. I told him I want to cancel this policy and I wanted my refund. Oh, they had no problem canceling the policy. But the problem was. They didn’t wanna give me my refund. So they sent me through this mass telling me that I need to have a written notarized copy to get my refund.. so I sent it to them by mail and I also emailed them the copy. And they received the copy. And they told me it would take 7 to 10 days for them to send me a check for my refund. Weeks later, I get a call from a representative telling me that I can get a refund. But it’s OK because me and my attorney is going to handle that. My advice to you is. To pass this company up when it comes to warranty services. These people need to be behind bars for what they are doing. So watch out for scams. Because that’s who this company is.

Great customer service! Very helpful and informative!

DO NOT TRUST THEM !!! I was with them since 2023 with two (2) other parts fixed with no problem and now in 2025 they messed up my vin number so the right transmission part wasn't order. They (Omega) order the wrong part by the person they sent out to see my car, and didn't trust the shop I had my car too with the right vin number for the part. Had to rent a vehicle over the contract time because of there mess up. Now they don't want to pay the full days for the other days of the rental because of their mess. Had to get a rental vehicle twice so I could go to work on the job that I have been too since 1988. If they had not messed up my vin number and the delay/wrong part on my car it would have been fixed within the contract rental of 11 days.
SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON THEM !!!!

Took you 4 days to answer a phone call from a dealership! Then the dealership took 2 days to finish the job! You didn't pay for rental. In all you cost me 400 to get my car!!!

Justin, Jason and James have renewed my trust in businesses designed to save customers money without sacrificing benefits. Being 80+ years old, I was immediately suspicious when I received a USPS mail notice from Motor Vehicle Services. When I called MVS and spoke to Justin then Jason then a week later James, each rep was consummately respectful, listened carefully and clearly has command of financial details. I give them 5 Stars!
Do not buy an extended warranty with this company they find any way they can to deny your claim
Do not buy an extended warranty with this company! I had my warranty for almost 2 months I put a claim in . Omega, wanted the garage to take the oil pan out to take pictures of the bearings. My car had 182,000 miles on it during the time of claim I bought the warranty with 176 on the car. The warranty is supposed to cover my engine. They denied my claim because they said lack of lubrication I provided all my maintenance records. I provided all my repair records. Everything was up-to-date. The garage told me that I kept up with my oil changes . Omega told the garage to take the car apart and now I am liable for those charges and they denied my claim. Why am I paying $96 a month for a warranty if I can’t even use it?? The car has 182,000 miles on it. Obviously the parts inside the motor are gonna be worn down. They should’ve never accepted my car under the warranty with that kind of miles on it if they’re not gonna cover claims when they need to be put in, save your money every month and then when your car breaks down, you can pay cash for it and you don’t have to worry if the warranty is gonna cover the job or not, they look for any way they can not to cover the job. Please do not buy this extended warranty. You’re throwing your money out.
