Really impressed with this company, I signed up after doing some research and they’ve gone above and beyond my expectations. The process was simple, and the support team is always easy to reach. I’ve had a great experience so far and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

So far things have been great. I have not needed a repair yet, but I have taken advantage of the service reimbursement for wiper blades and an oil change so far. The submission process was simple and reimbursement was prompt. I’ll post an update if or when I need to make a claim for a repair. 4 out of 5 only because I have not needed a repair yet.

Their services are easy to use—as long as you take the time to read your contract and call with any questions. Every time I’ve contacted customer service, they’ve been eager to help and patient in making sure I fully understand my coverage and it’s also when I discovers their home policies too. Omega came highly recommended by friends of friends, and we’ve been happy with the service so far.

Such a great company! I was recommended Omega Home & Auto Care by a friend and since then I have enjoyed my partnership with them. I recommend them to my friends when I get the chance because the service is great with a lot of benefits. Definitely will be keeping my services with them for years to come.

No matter when I need help they always send someone where I am from Georgia to Florida they come quickly and provide the service I need as well as give me advice and resources

Just started using it I already put in a review. I’m happy with you. I haven’t used it more than Maintenance oil change but I’m happy I have it. It’s a five-year plan. Customer Service always answers the phone when I’ve called.
