Paid the price offered - collected on Sunday evening and paid Wednesday morning. So easy. Thank you.

I had a bad experience with another phone trade-in company so got my phone back from them and sent it to Olympus Recycling instead. They arranged collection when they said they would and paid the full amount agreed - no messing around, no trying to negotiate me down.

There was an issue with the courier (totally outside of Olympus Recycling's hands, I must add) and Jamal responded to my ticket quickly, politely and helped me out. Olympus Recycling are quick and efficient - just great to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Phone was damaged and was collected by DPD on Saturday. Phone was received by them today(Monday) processed and received payment(the full amount quoted) the same day. I can not stress enough how amazing Olympus are! I will definitely be using them every time now to sell my old gadgets. Absolutely perfect! No hassle. Thank you so much!

Fast payout and exactly what was estimated

Was dubious at first when offered £147 for my broken iPhone 13mini by Olympus recycling when the offer said up to .. anyway much more than mazuma offered me.
Dpd collection was great .. quick, easy, just handed my phone over, they packaged it well.
Next day i received an email saying Olympus had received it and it would be looked at by a technician and I would hear back . A few hours later the full amount was in my bank .

Wow!!! Got quoted for damage phone. Package received fast. They also received my phone straight away and sent the exact amount quoted.
