Fantastic service. Had a postage problem that had everything to do with the post office and nothing to do with focalpointoptics. They could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Sent me a free gift for the inconvenience. Also sourced some new boxes for the optics that had been damaged.

Great service and advice without any pressure to buy. Goods were delivered on time and well packaged and in perfect condition. Unfortunately I haven’t used my order yet but I know from experience of smiliar products I will not be disappointed. Highly recommend.
