I really enjoy Oliver Spencer's clothes HOWEVER, I note that a lot of plastic zips are being used rather than metal zips, which for the price tag is not the quality I would expect.

Superb service from Libby and Jon at the Lamb's Conduit shop. Friendly, warm, knowledgeable and incredibly kind/helpful. Just what you would hope for and more.

High quality products with a smart casual, modern vibe. More on the pricey side, however, but in this world you ought to charge for what your product is worth. The other highlight is that there is an in-house tailor that can alter clothes for you (for an additional fee), but this means you don't have to take it elsewhere to get clothes altered.

The service at Oliver Spencer is simply the best. The quality of the clothes is stunning, the shipping experience perfect. If there is any problem, Oli's service team is with you to solve it. Thanks so much!

The item I purchased turned out to be a former shop show item ( a pair of Shoes ) which were slightly creased and I had to ask for an extra 10% off which was granted . There was then a mix up because the order was despatched when it should have been . When they did arrive I love the product so am happy at the end of the day

Delivery was very slow, announced for the first time on July 12, postponed on July 15, announced as having reached Germany the same day and announced for July 16, announced as coming today on July 20 und delivered to the parcel shop the same day so that I finally got it on July 21. The shirt is fine, but one button was loose, it fell right out of the parcel when I opened it.
