Slowest fiber connection I've ever experienced, the internet service is frequently down and customer service doesn't exist. I've tried to call several times and nobody answer. How this company can still exist?

Después de 4 horas llamando me cogieron el teléfono una chica sin ganas de trabajar mal educada y como si le hiciera yo el favor sin Internet 4 días y me dice que no es problema suyo que ya lo arreglaran y me cuelga trato asqueroso en cuanto pueda cambiarme de compañía lo hago el soporte técnico de lo peor que he visto de todo no lo recomiendo por nada del mundo

It’s been more than 6 months since this company signal turned off my services at 0:30 AM exactly every day I cannot watch movies or my Netflix series without using my hotspot from my iPhone. This has frequently happened poorly since 2021. Plus today is the 31st of October and since this morning haven't had WiFi ON. I’m using my 3G spending my hotspot working and tonight watching TV. I will resign my contract and I change company tomorrow. Don't waste money. Spend a bit extra but have a good service. I pay for this trash company money that they don't give me any return besides high bills in my phone company. Oli net you're useless. Close this crap. I will make sure if they keep any cent of my money in this breakdown contract I will sue them.

What can I say? Poor or no service. Poor connectivity/uptime. Nothing good to say. Stay away from Olin/Olivenet if possible

WiFi connected, but no Internet again

i cannot give any positive comment about this company. We have had always problems with the speed of the internet connection in marbella or even we havent had connection for long time. As i have sold my house and cancled my contract they send to me invoice after that every month and charge me the fees for 4 months now

Turned to be slow with many cuts. It has ZERO assistance by telephone. Is impossible even to find an active number where to call. Running away

No customer service. Lots of connectivity issues and cannot get a reply. Today they have a large outage and again no customer service available.

To be honest I have not experienced a problem up to now. However, the service has been off at La Quinta since early morning. Trying to contact them is a nightmare. I eventually got through on the number on this site and a recorded message said that they are experiencing difficulties (at least its not my router). Not good !!

Olin down again…all day so far, unable to contact.
Any recommendations for the best provider very welcome!

Olivenet is down and not working again (again and again) in La Mairena/Marbella, Spain. There is no support at all. Can anyone recommend another (good) company in the Marbella area ?

Olin internet is down now for several hours in Benalmadena. There is no way to get the current status and most of all i have no idea when this will be solved.

Our wi fi just gone down this morning and unable to contact anyone even though I talked to someone last week. Now both phone and website unavailable. Does anyone know 2hat has happened to the company ?

Posiblemente la peor empresa de telefonia e internet de la zona de Marbella y Fuengirola. Hay cortes sucesivos y sin avisar, el servicio de atencion al cliente es inexistente, cuando llamas directamente no te cogen el telefono y cuando lo hacen (tras insistir mucho) te atiende unas rusas que le faltan modales y le sobra antipatía. En resumen cuando encuentre una empresa distinta a esta rescindo el contrato. Lo malo sale caro

Llevo 1 mes con ellos, se partió el internet y tardaron 8 días en solucionarlo, 5 días después se ha vuelto a romper, una vergüenza.

I didn’t know it had been taken over! My speed at home went from about 250-500 Mbs to 25 Mbs, about the same as a telephone line.
Suggestions? I want to change ASAP.

Trying to activate standby. Absolutely no response and no way to contact them since Olin took over. About to simply cancel my direct debit and I’ll set up a new provider

Después de un año y algo con olivenet, el resultado genial. Después de 6 meses con Olin, un fiasco. No merece la pena. A corte de fibra semanalmente y si pides q t devuelvan lo q pagas sin tener servicio te remiten a un correo electrónico. Actualmente si tienes otra opción , NO LO CONTRATES.
