Oli's Skate Shop Anmeldelser

Great service well packed received fast top quality product

Superb customer service, paired with great advice! My skates are perfect and have set up beautifully!

I'd recommend Oli's to anyone looking to buy skates or skating accessories!

Made some upgrades to my Skates and went with Avanti magnesium plates and trucks, added some Cheese Blocks for that oldskool Look. Carl offered exemplary over the phone support to help my Drill and do a self build to my Boots. He was amazing support and talked me through the whole process and I couldn't have done the conversion without him.
Thank you So much. Top Bloke Very professional and an all round nice guy.

Best out there, ordered on a Friday and needed them for my daughter’s bday which was a few days away. Olis skates got me them in no time and I have a very happy daughter. Compare to other skate shops their prices are more reasonable and I will 100% recommend them. Thank you so much!

After doing a Google search to find some spare parts I came across Ollie's skate shop. I was absolutely blown away by the service I received which was impeccable. Karl was extremely helpful, he gave the best advice and was very understanding and accommodating of my lack of knowledge. My items arrived the following day. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this store

I ordered a pair of bauer X for my husband's birthday but was having issues my end with the payment going through. Which then meant I had to contact the team, I ended up speaking to Karl who was more than helpful and also managed to make sure that my husbands skates was build and delivered ready for his birthday. Karl also offered great advice on what we had ordered and made sure my husband got the right bearings for the wheels he had. I would recommend Oli's skate shop 100% anytime. I will definitely being a returning customer.

Just made a purchase of the Supreme Turbo 33 from Oli's skate shop, the process was very straight forward, looking for a few customizations options I gave them a call and was helped by a very helpful and knowledgeable fellow. All of my skating purchases will be through Oli's Skate shop from here on out. Thanks Carl.

Highly recommend Oli’s Skate Shop. Amazingly friendly & very patient with helping me find the right skates. Always available to offer advice & help over email or phone. They have an extensive range & are incredibly knowledgable. Great service all around!

Would give 6 stars if I could.

Carlsberg, Don't Do Skates, But If They Did, They'd Do It Like Oli's Skate Shop..

This is a family run business and it shows, the attention they provide you is priceless, something i would gladly pay for in itself.

I’ve had 2 custom build skates from Oli’s skate shop. Karl and Alison are amazing very knowledgeable and always at the end of the phone or an email if you have any questions. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Lovely people, great service!

I spoke with Oli's skate shop and team to build out some custom skates for my daughter, it was peak time for the team and they gave amazing advice and dug me out hole as I ordered late.

Thanks Carl and team, one very happy 11 year old on custom Bauer's in time for Birthday and Christmas!

Wow! Wow! WOW! They are absolutely fabulous! And they fit like a dream! I love them! They are even better than I imagined! I cannot thank Karl enough, talk about 5 STAR service! Even at their busiest time of year (Christmas) Karl could not do enough to help. I am brand new to roller skating and Karl talked me through exactly what I needed and also what I didn’t need. I am absolutely thrilled! Thank you so much!

Oli Skate shop has the best skates in the market that can be customised to your preference and design. When I purchased the skates I believed they were too small so I returned the skates to the shop for an exchange. Due to a miscommunication regarding postal pricing from the Royal Mail my skates were stuck in the depot for over 3 weeks. I called Oli’s skate shop and spoke to the owner, Carl on numerous occasions worrying about the destination of my skates and each time I spoke to him he was willing to not only hear me out but give me advise on how I could get my skates to his shop. When all his suggestions failed he went above and beyond and went to the post office himself and not only was he able to retrieve my skates, he was able to get me a refund for misplaced items, despite being extremely due to the time of year.
It is very clear that Oli’s Skate shop is not only interested in making sales but they really care that their customers are happy with their purchases.
I can genuinely say that their customer service is second to none.

I am not one for necessarily providing a review, but.. I spoke to Carl in the workshop who guided me through a load of choices in regards to my ability, the duration of time since i had skated, usage and budget... He was patient and his advise was amazing. The boots arrived a few days earlier than he had suggested could have been the case and they are absolutely outstanding, far better than i imagined possible. Just a quick note to say, these guys are then best. Thank you once again Dom (P..S the luminous green Sims Street Skates are the cherry on the top, they look and feel amazing!!).

What a Great Skate shop!
Fast Delivery, amazing customer service and awesome skates that are well built.
