Dr. Merola was extremely kind and helpful. I had waited longer than I should have to schedule an appointment and was running out of medication and he went out of his way to make sure that I received my prescription very quickly.

Nuria is incredible, she's kind, patient and really listens!! I've had a great experience and would highly recommend ☺️

the consultation had a feeling of safety and professionalism, as well as insights and supportive comments and atmosphere. I felt good when leaving the initial meeting and supported in my care plan.

Dr Claudia Aymerich is a wonderful kind understanding psychiatrist who makes you feel extremely comfortable. Arrives to the appointments exactly on time, all in all very good experience using this service.

Our only wish is that we found Dr Claudia earlier! She was incredibly thorough and took the time to review our daughter’s notes beforehand. Our daughter is 8 years old and is autistic with a PDA profile. Dr Claudia had a good knowledge of PDA and was able to incorporate this into our plan. We would highly recommend.

As usual, I felt listened to, my experience and preferences have been taken into account, felt treated as an equal participant, not patronised. Thank you!

I felt that given this was an online review, it was a thorough, clear detailed assessment, that allowed me the time to explain my history. I felt respected and found the admin team to be very responsive. While this cannot replace the value of an in person appointment, when the objective is a review rather then diagnosis and NHS wait times are very long, I would recommend this as an alternative option.

Dr Guiseppe was excellent. We reviewed great care for our son.

I can't recommend Dr. Merola highly enough. He has been incredibly supportive, compassionate and professional throughout my 7 month journey, from helping me during a mental health crisis to guiding me through my ADHD assessment and diagnosis. I always felt listened to, understood and never rushed, and I'm so grateful for his care and expertise.

I'd also like to thank Elena, who has always been so friendly, kind and helpful with appointments and bookings. She's made the whole process so much easier and has always been a pleasure to deal with.

A professional service with an administrative staff that is always available and punctual. The psychiatrist treating me is excellent and quickly helped me overcome a very difficult situation.

Dr Guiseppe Merola was absolutely amazing. He consistently remained young person centred and would always speak to our daughter about things. Dr Merola was emapthic, approachable and communication was brilliant. His secretary was also attentive and efficient. Would highly recommend.
