deux lampes olight en ma possession, une warrior 3s bleue blanc rouge, et une marauder mini 2 noire.
pour le moment elle sont excellente. elle ont l’air de bonne facture et garantie à vie. pour la marauder j’ai profité d’une promo sur amazone.

Garbage, I paid alot of money for a supposedly strong good flash light, and the dimmer comes on constantly now not allowing. 8 emails with customer service and they are giving me the runaround. Stay away from this brand, Chinese customer service, they send you instructions in chinese to try to resolve it. DO NOT BUY OLIGHT !

Je fais les démarches envers plight et PayPal mais aucun n'assume: normal Olight sont des voleurs

£100 on an Olight Warrior.Assumed at that price it would last. Has packed up. Olight won’t repair it and tell me it’s out of warranty. Have offered 20% off a new one which is offered on line anyway. Avoid

Je possédais une lampe Warrior Xpro depuis fin 2020 m'en étant servi à peu prés une heure en 5 ans mais cette lampe avait ce que je considère comme un défaut elle était systématiquement déchargée quand je voulais m'en servir.J'ai tenté de recharger la batterie sans succès j'ai mis une batterie similaire plus rien. Après contact du SAV ceux ci m'ont pris la lampe en garantie et après expertise ils m'ont proposé ou le remboursement ou un avoir j'ai commandé la nouvelle Warrior X4 .Un grand bravo au SAV pour l'ensemble de leur démarches

I placed a order for over 300 dollars! Paid for insured and rapid delivery! I sat home all day when I got a email saying it was delivered! It was not! I then called olight and they told me to basically kick rocks and to take it up with fed ex!? Which is there responsibility, not mine! So 300 dollars poorer and still no flashlight or acknowledgement of there screw up! DO YOURSELF AND YOUR STRESS LEVELS A FAVOR AND SHOP ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! They literally just want your money and ince they have it, nothing else is there problem!! Unprofessional, with absolutely no integrity!

Worst customer experience ever. They sent my original order to my old address which I cannot go back to, so lost that item, I tried to buy it again and they made a mess of my address, so have lost that one too. The store just said it was all my fault tough S**t. great lights, but don't get it from them direct.

I bought the OLight Baldr-S laser/light for my S&W Shield 380 EZ. I bought it on the Amazon Olight Store page I think it was on a 2 day delivery. I had no problems getting the device. It's a 800 lumen LED/ green laser. I have to say I am a dumb as a rock novice when it comes to firearm gadgets. I did not realize the slide had a side that opened to allow you to lock it in place on the P rail with the lug attached. I couldn't get the thing mounted correctly and I discover screw head was stripped out round on the mount slide. I called customer service and told them I couldn't remove the lug because it was wormed out.... they immediately sent me an entire replacement slide no charge, no shipping, no hassles. I really didn't need the replacement part; I only needed a way to remove the set screw. I was pleasantly surprised by the way this company goes out a long way to earn your business. I have purchased a tactical light mount for my Mossberg 500 that works very well just because I know these guys will stand by the products. A+++

Voilà 2 commandes que je fais chez Olight et malgré la qualité de leurs lampes je dois avouer qu'ils prennent leurs clients pour des imbéciles.
Quasiment 200 euros dépensés chez eux et les 15 euros de coupons que j'ai reçu sont inutilisables car je ne peux pas les déduire d'un éventuel achat.
En gros 15 euros dont je ne pas bénéficier puisqu'ils sont valables jusqu'à la fin du mois.
JE VAIS ALLER CHEZ LA CONCURRENCE DORÉNAVANT,LEUR APPLICATION EST MEDIOCRE ET ILS SE MOQUENT DE LEURS CLIENTS AU LIEU DE LES FIDÉLISER.
TERMINÉ POUR MOI !!!!

Ras le bol des produits fait chez lez "tongs"..en tout plus de 200 euros d achats.
Qu il fabrique des godemichets.cela leur serat plus utile.

THIS COMPANY DOESN’T CARE ABOUT IMPROVING ANYTHING, PURELY SELLING GOODS TO RINSE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND MAKE PROFIT. YOUR ORDER WILL BE PACKED WITHOUT ANY CARE AND YOU WILL BE CHASING CUSTOMER SERVICES FOR ANY REFUND. WELL DO NE YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOURSELVES!

OH, DON’T EVEN BOTHER REPLYING AND SAYING HOW SORRY YOU ARE AS YOU CLEARLY DO NOT IMPROVE SHIPPING HEAVY FLASHLIGHT IN POLY MAILING BAGS THAT ARE DESIGN FOR SHIPPING LIGHT ITEM LIKE CLOTHES.

Deuxième commande pour mon équipe (première il y a qq années d’une 50ène de lampes) cette fois ci 20 lampes imini2, avec gravage offert. Moins d une semaine entre la commande, les échanges e-mails de validation et la réception. Ma commande est complète, le packaging au top. Rien à redire une prochaine commande va partir.

impossible de faire mieux , deja concernant la lampe x4 , c'est juste une dinguerie, ca fonctionne du tonnerre ,j'ai travailler de nuit en sécurité privée pendant des années avec un ML125 Led , je me demande comment j'ai pu faire ,maintenant que j'ai testé olight ,juste incroyable.Et concernant le service cleint , que je remercie encore pour sont professionnalisme et sa rapidité d'action. livraison rapide et conforme , évidement.

Commande jamais livrée!! A fuire!
J'ai passé commande le 12/08, on prétend que la marchandise a été expédiée mais je ne l'ai jamais reçu. J'ai relancé plusieurs fois pour réexpédier la commande sans succès et sans aucune action d'Olight. J'ai perdu beaucoup d'argent avec eux.

As other reviewers says,DO NOT BUY OLIGHT! they don't stand behind their own warranty, I first bought their tactical light years ago & the laser beam was messed up it was replaced but same thing happened after a year or so so I just threw it out, I have them a second chance with the recent sale of the baton 4, same garbage, now light won't charge after a single light use, they asked for video proof which I sent, initially they said they would replace the whole unit but changed their mind asked for more videos which I did send them but different people are replying EVERYTIME that do not bother to read previous messages so they keep on asking for a the same thing. NEVER AGAIN!! SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY WITH PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BETTER REVIEWS AND COSTUMER SERVICE!! I NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE WITH OTHER NAME BRAND FLASHLIGHTS!!!

Alors par ou commencer...
J'ai reçu le produit mais il était déjà défectueux, rien de grave en soit ( la troisième puissance de ma lampe torche ne fonctionné pas et la base de recharge magnétique ne fessait pas suffisamment contact pour charger la lampe il fallait que je scotch la lampe avec le support pour lui donné plus de contact ...).
résultat des courses échange avec le SAV qui ne savent qu'envoyé des PDF pour faire des manipulations inutile.
J'ai du me résoudre a l'utilisé avec ces défauts.
À part cela c'est une très bonne lampe torche, dommage qu'il ni ait pas de SAV.

Entreprise sérieuse , 3 produits achetés chez eux et à chaque fois un envoi le lendemain et un packaging au top !! Produits de qualité et solide ( viseur point rouge, couteau de cuisine et sphère lumineuse )
