I’ve ordered dragon rocks for 358 SEK / 10 kg x4. The website stated that the items were in stock and would be delivered within one week. The first thing they did was extend the delivery date by one week. When that week had passed, I received an email informing me of further delays.
They also have an “Easter sale” with 10% off everything. However, this is misleading, as they raised the prices before starting the “Easter sale,” making the price higher even with the 10% discount than it was before. This is illegal, at least in Sweden. I have filed a report with the Swedish Consumer Agency, and I hope they ban sales to Sweden (they are cracking down on these types of scams).

Ho fatto il mio primo acquisto sul loro sito e sinceramente, a parte i prodotti liquidi per il mantenimento dell'acquario, le piante vere, sono una delusione. Piccolissime. In un acquisto presso un altro rivenditore, mi sono arrivati dei piantoni. Non credo effettuerò altri acquisti presso il loro negozio.

5 STELLE MERITATE

Nonostante avessi avuto problemi per un ordine di un juwell completo 350 litri purtroppo arrivato non in ottime condizioni, scrivendo una mail a olibetta si sono subito preoccupati di spedirmi un altro acquario subito due giorni lavorativi ed avevo quello nuovo top i disguidi succedono a tutti nella vita ripeto 5 stelle 10 stelle 30 stelle top

Hibás terméket küldtek és nem hajlandók semmire , csak hogy írnak a gyártónak. Küldjenek egy működő terméket, éa oldják meg a gyártóval.

Hace años que compro consumibles para mi acuario marino en olibetta y mi experiencia es excelente, gracias a ellos puedo continuar con mi afición desde España, ya que aquí las condiciones de compra son menos asequibles, ésto es, más caro, y, hay que sobrevivir, lo siento por los proveedores nacionales....
El servicio, la comunicación y la seriedad, así como ofertas puntuales que me transmiten en los productos que suelo usar hacen que mi experiencia de compra sea inmejorable....la calidad por supuesto es correcta... gracias olibetta

Motivo di una stella?
Acquistato una settimana fa un filtro esterno per acquario,che possiamo dire ,esser il top di Aquael..
Il filtro in questione si è mostrato subito dopo l avvio,difettoso Visto comunque,il costo che non è di poco,contatto subito olibetta,spiegando che non scalda l acqua con tanto di foto/video.

Chiedo la sostituzione: vengono chieste ancora foto/ video,e altre svariate prove da fare per attestare che il prodotto sia difettoso.
Più che mostrare temperatura non consona ai discus misurata con tre termometri diversi,non so più che fare..La loro risposta:Ha 30 giorni per effettuare il reso..ASSURDO!!!!
Nel frattempo tra filtro e discus ho speso quasi800€..
A meno che per grazia,risolvono il problema,lascerò invariata la mia recensione non potendo dare zero stelle

Primo acquisto con questa azienda.
Ottime le premesse sfruttando offerta 20% sconto x acquisto ACQUARIO cubo Acquael +mobiletto supporto.
Purtroppo alla consegna dei 2 pacchi, quello contenente il mobiletto, NON IMBALLATO con protezioni, presentava segni evidenti di urto trasporto, mentre x l'Acquario ben protetto sembrava tt ok. Ad apertura imballo, alcuni angoli delle pareti mobiletto risultavano rovinati. Poi aprendo acquario anche vetro coperchio leggermente scheggiato. Fatto foto ed inviate al customer service, tempo 5gg lavorativi sono stato rimborsato del valore merce escluse le spese di spedizione (20€ su spesa tot di 180€). La sorpresa in positivo é che, x il disagio recato, MI HANNO SCRITTO DI TENERE I PRODOTTI!!! Ovviamente il mobiletto l'ho smaltito in quanto rovinato. Confermo azienda MOLTO SERIA con CUSTOMER SERVICE Molto efficiente!!!

Esperienza del tutto positiva….consigliatissimo

I have made 3 orders totaly. I had som issue 1 time with an aquarium. I contacted Olibetta by Email. I send a picture on the aquarium, next day a new was on the way. Verry kind suport and really nice products for a god price. I really recommend Olibetta.

Bought a canisterfilter. No problem with that so far, but since it was my first time (and last) i also bought a plant to test how they really care about the customer. And as i expected. The plant was only packed in a plastic bag. Sending a plant in the winter without even some papper wrapped around it is so pathetic. The plant Anubias barteri is a tough plant, but not to low temp. So it was ofc dead. If you dont know how to send plants in the winter dont do it.
