I've been using oil olay for at least 15 years. I applied a new container of facial lotion 2 weeks ago and immediately had a burning sensation redness, itching and swelling. After washing it off right away I continued to have an itch for several days.

I bought the olay complete with sunscreen. I literally could not get it out of the bottle. I am 76 years old and for my age I am very strong, and still could not squeeze it out of the bottle. Disappointed

The new Complete formula SPF 40 doesn't absorb as well, but instead it is like a greasy sunscreen. It migrates into my eyes, and around my mouth - euw. I've been using OIl of Olay for decades, but am considering moving on due to thsese issues. Giving it one last try with the SPF 15 to see if that product still works for me..

I have been buying Oil of Olay Original Cream with Active Hydration for over 40 yrs. I recently bought an extra jar to bring to FLorida. It is EXTREMELY IRRITATING ON MY FACE & IRRITATES MY EYES AS WELL. I went on line to see if they had switched their Formula. INDEED THEY DID. Touting it as an ‘IMPROVED FORMULA’. WHY MESS WITH SUCCESS??
I CANNOT USE THIS NEW VERSION ON MY SKIN.
It has HYLURONIC ACID AS AN INGREDIENT WHICH IS VERY STRONG ON SENSITIVE SKIN.
PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORMULA!!!

Olay cannot spell. They spell visible as visable. Unless it is counterfeit on Walmart site. I certainly don 't want to spend top dollar on a company that can't even spell. Search for super serum on Walmart and see what comes up. Now our products are illiterate too.

I have been using Olay since it was Oil of Ulay and for many years. I have been using the regenerist pump action serum. Don't know what has happened but after trying the same item from 3 different suppliers, it seems to have changed. It is greasy, leaves the skin feeling sticky and it now irritates my eyes. I am very disappointed as it was a great face cream/moisturiser to use and now I have had to change to another brand. Why do these companies ruin a good thing :(

I have been using Oil of Olay products since I was 16. You have never let me down. I am 59 and I look better than ever!!!My favorite product is OLAY VITAMIN C MAX. This product is amazing!!! I would love to show you what my skin looks like!!!!!

I don't usually leave reviews for skincares but the Olay Regenerist Day & Night cream made me think otherwise.
When I got pregnant, my skin went ballistic. Skin breakout, dark spots everywhere especially in my facial area, and the acne, oh gosh, I cant even begin to explain. I got so insecure as no affordable skincare could even suppress them.
I saw this one time at watsons, read the wonders it could do and the price. It made me twitch cause what if I buy this expensive skincare and it wont work again?
Oh well to cut the long story short, when the smaller versions came out, I grabbed the opportunity to try it. To my surprise, in 3 days, acnes marks went lighter, dark spots in my "neck are", imagine that? neck area girls, (spot where your necklace land), gosh it went lighter. I was even using it as little as I can - so I can use it for atleast 7days. I never saw any ads of Olay renegerist saying that the effect can be seen in this or that number of days, but I can attest to the fact that on the 6th day, acne marks gone like it didn't even happen. Dark spots under my lips, nose area and even the neck area - it became so light, my husband can't even notice them anymore.
And so now, this is my holy grail of skincare. It's not just for anti-aging, it restores damages in your skin. To be honest, I even used in my under arms, ohhh my it worked for me.
This is to reiterate that this works for my skin type. It may vary, or if you have a different skin breakout.
I just love it... I want to thank Olay Regenerist. Thank you for restoring my confidence.
PS. I am also using Olay Retinol and Olay Collagen, they're awesome too.

Bought collagen peptides 24, didn’t realise it had broad spectrum in it, if you get it anywhere near your eyes it stings really bad have to wash off,so annoying if you have makeup on. Always have used oil of Olay for 50+ yrs. Please print the label bigger so that you can read what it has in it. Won’t buy this particular product again.

I am very surprised that Olay has received bad ratings. I’ve used Olay both in the AM and PM for years and their products have helped my skin look far better than before. I am “older”but that does not mean I want to look my age. Even my daughter has complimented me on my appearance. And so, I bought her the same skincare options I buy. Whatever the case, I wear their super serum and Regenerist in the morning and Retinol 24 and Regenerist once again at night. I am happy with the results 🥰

The company has men dressed as women promoting Olay products from the RuPaul show . Nothing says I'm a WOMAN selling WOMAN'S products like man in dresses pretending to be a woman. I've been using and buying the all in 1 face wash for years. I will no longer give my money to this company! When companies go woke !

Na 30 jaar Olay Double Action normal/dry skin naar tevredenheid te hebben gebruikt is er een desastreuze formulewijziging geweest. Volgens de fabrikant zijn de parfum en kleur aangepast. Toen ik nietsvermoedend een potje (met de blijkbaar nieuwe formule - er stond niks op de verpakking) aanbrak heb enorme pijnlijke huiduitslag gekregen, die al meer dan een week duurt. Ik heb nu medicijnen van de huisarts gekregen want de uitslag ging niet vanzelf weg en bleef ontsteken. Mensen met een gevoelige huid: GEBRUIK DE NIEUWE FORMULE NIET!!! De fabrikant 'wenst me sterkte en een fijne dag' en heeft de potjes vergoed, maar ik vind de reactie vrij matig. Ik vroeg op verzoek van mijn huisarts om de parfumcode gezien de ernst van de reactie. De fabrikant verwijst naar de informatie op de verpakking, maar daar staat slechts 'parfum'. Er moet meer onderzoek naar dit product worden gedaan voor het in de winkel blijft. Ik vertrouw het product niet meer.

I ordered product and returned using the label their representative sent to me (have documentation) only to be told "That is not our return address) I have everything they sent me to send as proof of return. Olay STILL refuses to return my money. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and DO NOT BELIEVE IN THEIR 60 DAY RETURN POLICY!! They will keep the product and your money. I am out $235!

I have purchased the body wash and lotion that come in the pump bottles. While I like the product the pump feature works but only until the product gets close to bottom. While the pump is handy can you just repackage is a squeeze container. Product is too pricey to throw this much out. Have to sit them upside down to get the rest it's not doable in the shower.

I am a long time customer of Olay products and I've never had a negative experience until now. I started using the Olay Super Eyes Daily Eye Serum in November, 2024. I used it daily as instructed and looked forward to seeing results. However, I'm experiencing burning, irritation, sensitively to touch and a reddish/black discoloration under my eyes. I have to use a cold press to get relief from the burning and apply several layers of makeup to cover up the discoloration. I don't know what to do about this except to see a dermatologist. Any thoughts?

Product defective. Attempted to exchange. Response amounted to "tough luck" sucker, in polite language of course. Referred to Returns policy. Policy is no returns.

My favorite brand! I love the vitamin C facial cream the most, it makes my skin look so smooth and bright.

Why do I have to log in with my user name and password ONLY TO have to give my email again and check the terms box again? I have dozens of accounts and I don’t have to submit the same info a second time! Why don’t you send me a code to validate my phone like every other app does?
