My face was insanely dry. Desperate, I scavenged around my room for a solution. I applied the Neutrogena (hydroboost) lotion, and after a minute, my face started rashing and turning really red. I thought I was having an allergic reaction to perfume, as a friend sprayed it at the same time I put the lotion on, but I was forced to wash all the lotion away down the sink, wasting 1/25th of a container that costs like $15 each. What a scam.

Otherwise, it was okay. I could use this cream when my face wasn't dry, but what's the purpose then? Also: Considering that around 80% of the product is water, what am I even paying for? 5g of random chemicals I could probably buy for 1/10th the price?

Bought a 60 SPF face serum. The pump is defective and does not work. After taking all my product info via phone and my name and phone number, they told me to return it to the store. I was not about to waste my time standing in line. I will never buy anything Neutrogena again. Their customer service is tone deaf. Anything

Can't understand limited English of CSR. I would tell her something over and over and she would ask for the same info again. She kept interrupting me after asking me a question. I called to report the plastic clip on the face cleanser bottle is dangerous (sharp) and very difficult to remove. Neutrogena needs to address that issue as well as bringing back a product they've discontinue...creamy face cleanser. The foaming one isn't as good.

ich habe das waschgel deep clean von neutrogena geholt fand es anfangs gut weil es frisch auf der haut war. Nach zwei tagen hatte ich ein geschwollenes gesicht kleine pickelchen und angeschwollene augenlider. So wie ich gesehen habe passiert das nicht nur bei mir sondern bei vielen anderen. Das produkt sollte aus dem sortiment geschmissen werden

Beware of this product, chemical reaction burn all over face, awful burning sensation and tightness to the skin, looked like a blooming strawberry....after using this product before and several other products over the years I've never in my life experienced anything like it 😭

My skin around my eyes are had a chemical reaction - red swollen dry and flaking looks like I had a chemical reaction. Been using it for years no problem but something changed and the last bottle I bought seems to be the product burning my skin. I been trying to fix it for months. Making eye doctor appointment.

Absolutely rubbish product, chemical burns to my face unable to contact customer service, stay away or face the consequences. If I could give it a zero would have done.

Also ich habe schon seit längerer Zeit die Neutrogena sofort einziehende handcreme benutzt und ich muss sagen, mit ihrer neuen Formel ist sie absolut nicht zu empfehlen, fettig, schmierig, ekliges Gefühl überhaupt zu schreiben, sofort Einziehende Handcreme, selbst nach 15-20 Minuten habe ich noch ein klebriges fertiges Gefühl, obwohl ich durch meine Arbeit bedingt sehr trockene Hände habe. Schade für das Geld was man dafür ausgibt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Absolutely horrified by what they've done to the 'Swiss formula handcream'. I've come to realise that when you see 'upgraded formula' on a product, it simply means 'cheaper ingredients'. They've utterly destroyed what used to be my favourite handcream, it leaves a horrible film on my hads, smells of chemical, and I'm about to wash it off. It doesn't moisturise, either. What a rip off.

I have been using rapid wrinkle repair for 4 months.
There is no difference in my skin at all. I wasn't looking for miracles, but this did absolutely nothing
I will never buy again, false advertising.

Neutrogena is garbage!! You can clearly see they have horrible reviews all over the internet. Then their bright idea to sell their junk products are to have a young girl saying "if you remember these two from this show, you need Neutrogena for your wrinkles!" And she proceeds to say ahhh to be young again & shes probably 30 years old!! Lol what a stupid commercial but very fitting as their products are junk.

We bought neutrogena sun fresh hydro boost sun screen. The product itself was good but I’m not able to close the tube again.. very poor design and waste of money and product. I will never buy neutrogena products again.

The new formula to the Neutrogena triple age repair with SPF 25 is awful..
You really made a bad decision with this... But if you going to change the ingredients to keep the cost lower to you you should also make the cost lower to us the consumers due to the fact that you took out the best ingredients to save yourself money

Totally annoyed with this company. I used to purchase the psoriasis cream Norwegian formula. Was the best on the market and then they decided to discontinue. Now they are discontinuing the T-Gel Therapeutic shampoo, which is again the best psoriasis shampoo. I used to have it on subscription and unknowingly they sent me flaky skin shampoo instead. Only when I ran out of the Therapeutic shampoo I realised, they'd sent the wrong one, but found that they've discontinued it. Too late to send the crap flaky skin one back as a month had passed. So annoying. Won't EVER be buying from them again.

I have used the Coal Tar T- Gel shampoos for years. Never had dandruff it was a very good product. Can’t seem to find it anywhere now so purchased the new T - Gel shampoo.

Take it off the shelves it seriously gives you dandruff, extremely itchy head, feels like you have something crawling in your hair a terrible product.

Reviews that I’ve read people are stating the same. I suggest you listen to your customer base and bring back the original Coal Tar T- Gel.

Buying branded goods online should be a solid purchase. But my latest bottle of Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Make Up Remover, bought, as usual, from Amazon UK, had an odd smell. I had ordered numerous times from the same sources in the past, so was cautious.
On May 19, 2025 I contacted Neutrogena customer services - who are called Kenvue UK Ltd - to ask if the formula had been changed and whether I was right to be worried about the odour.
After a number of email interractions they requested that I filled in a medical form. Believing that they were concerned too, since I had used the liquid, I agreed.
In a further email they asked me to send the bottle and contents to them. I rather foolishly imagined that they wanted to test it and send me the results. Then there was silence. I requested an update.
And, finally, on June 11, after putting me through the above hoops, this was their reply:
Following your query, we would like to kindly confirm that the Neutrogena® product that you contacted us about, is not a product that we have available on the UK market. As we do not hold product information on other countries' products, we are, regretfully, not in a position to confirm whether the product has undergone a formula change.
Forgive me if I sound cynical when I say that not only did the bottle of Neutrogena have an odd smell, but so did the so-called customer service response. Why on earth couldn't they have said this in their very first reply to my query? Something is wrong here somewhere. And, of course, I have lost all faith in the brand and will never purchase again.

I've never been so disappointed in a company. I can't believe you guys are sellouts. I've used Neutrogena the majority of my life and I spent almost $15 on the ultra sheer sunscreen face stick. It's 0.45 Oz!!! are you kidding me?!? Never again.

De retinol boost nachtcrème is vreselijk. Voelt prima op de huid, maar ik krijg na het aanbrengen altijd vreselijk prikkende en tranende ogen en dat houdt urenlang aan. Ik breng het expres niet aan op de huid rond m'n ogen, maar dan nog na een paar minuten gaat het heel erg irriteren aan m'n ogen. Dat heb ik nog nooit gehad bij geen enkel ander soort gezichtscreme en ik heb al veel merken gehad. Voor mij een teken dat dit spul niet deugt.
