I bought so many things from OKA I absolutely love their style and design. The customer experience can be a bit tricky so I would go to Chelsea and find Salvo who is the best and will help you with anything. Design wise look for Brooke at Chelsea as well she is amazing and did my entire living room.

Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service and Product Quality
I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with your Chelsea store.
Five months ago, I purchased a goblet glass which now shows a clear manufacturing defect, a circular protrusion (not a chip) has formed inside the bowl of the glass. When I raised this concern with your manager Kate, I was met with a dismissive attitude and no sense of customer care. She repeatedly insisted the glass was chipped and spoke to me in a condescending manner, as if I were a child. I found this both unprofessional and insulting.
As someone who has spent thousands of pounds with OKA over the years, I am shocked that replacing a single faulty glass is considered out of the question. This experience, combined with what I feel is a noticeable decline in product quality despite consistently high prices, makes me question OKA’s current business model and customer values.

Will a member of the sales team was outstanding. What an asset he is to your company . Absolutely first class!.

Standards have definitely gone seriously down.
I suggest that staff are trained by Will at Guilford or Sophie the manager at Broadway .
