Great customer service
Great customer service. Shame ALL your fabric (linen, silk) lampshades are so thin. You can see the light bulb illuminated when lit. For this reason, we had no choice but to return both shades we bought.

Niall Doherty was incredibly helpful at the Chelsea store. He really went above and beyond to help me choose the furniture, try out possibilities in the shop (and in the window!) and then follow up on a fairly obscure delivery. Give this guy a raise!

Ryder has been amazing in putting…
Ryder has been amazing in putting together new living room for my Client and went out of his way to support.
He’s such a great asset to a brand and is a keeper.
We came back for many more items and will always come to OKA first for any of our projects in the future.

Every experience of Oka I’ve had has been great.
Lovely staff in the Chelsea branch. We were in a hurry with a train to catch towards the end of the day and they helped with the sale in double quick time.
Armchair arrived and after the delivery I spotted an unfortunate mark on the velvet upholstery. Customer service was excellent - pick-up organised and a replacement delivered within a few days. The delivery firm Oka uses is also top notch - ie, they tell you exactly when they are coming and are on time.

Big on style and design!
Shopping at OKA is a brilliant experience! Their displays are a feast of colour and design! I was looking at cushions and wanted a colour/design that would match my existing cushions. I was helped by a friendly and knowledgeable assistant who helped me choose the right ones! She knew her products so well and immediately suggested a colour way I had not considered. The quality of their products is second to none. I have bought many items from OKA over the years and always been delighted with the range, colours and design. They wear very well too.

Great customer service
We visited Oka today looking for a specific TV cabinet and sideboard. Ryder was fantastic, he offered other options we hadn't considered, moved lamps around so we could see how pieces would actually look in context, and was endlessly patient throughout. Great customer service: attentive when we needed help, but never overbearing.

Jess at OKA Chelsea epitomised the perfect interaction one would hope for when dealing with a query and follow up purchase. She was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. My other interaction with a member of staff when choosing cushions was also commendable. It was worth the journey to Chelsea!
