I had a injury on a public station platform where i fell through a faulty manhole cover,luckily i was a union member otherwise it would've been extremely challenging to get legal help due to being a member i was given free legal support via o h parsons solicitors i would say to start with things were very slow and i had various personnel looking after the claim which slowed the process down however once a lady called naieem ishaq took control of it things quickly moved forwards and the claim is now settled i would say out of 5 stars i would have to give 4 overall but a special mention to this specific lady naieem ishaq without her legal knowledge and support i believe that i may still be waiting for a settlement if your lucky enough to have this lady representing you you will be extremely privileged other members of the team were not as professional and i found it very time consuming at times but overall i was satisfied but only once this specific lady has taken the reigns of the case
