My PS 5 Controller X button felt as a spring had fallen off as there was no click when pressing. It was not conducive to what I needed for game control and is the busiest of buttons. I couldn’t find a reliable repairer on line until I saw OGRepairs on Google website. So straight forward, price shown up front, easy booking, postage & despatch. They kept me informed all through the repair, notified me of despatch, a video of repair and excellent service.

Fast and professional service. Controller works great after a hall effect upgrade. Got a couple more to send into them soon. They even provide before and after videos of the testing via Google Drive. Would recommend.

Took my playstation 5 for a hdmi replacement. They called me and tried to sell me a liquid metal replacement. Which i refused. Got home and the ps5 is overheating. Very coincidental. Took my PS5 to another repairer who sent me a video showing how they have installed the HdMI port incorrectly. Had to now pay again to have this fixed also. The guys running this place are not professional in their work or customer care. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to use them.

I sent my controller off with ogrepairs, I wasn’t expecting it to take 2 weeks to get my controller repaired! I tried to call and had no response, I tried to email and all I received was an automated email response, so after a week and a half I thought I had been scammed so I purchased a new controller. I then received my controller back, and it was filthy! There are black stains on my white controller! And when it arrived back to me my right bumper had been broken! So poor! I expected better!

Found OG repairs online after suffering with stick drift and deciding enough was enough. Took my controller here about 6 months ago and went for the Hall effect upgrade and it’s been great ever since.

The service was super fast, my controller was fixed/upgraded within a few hours and I was back to gaming in the same day.

Was told the repair would take 48 hours but actually took 5 weeks! Completely unacceptable

Repaired my PS5 quickly no fuss cheaper then thought lovely stuff nice one

Like some others, my problem was the dreaded PS5 stick drift.

OGs ad popped up on social media. As far as my controllers are concerned, it's the best thing ever. Offers a same day services (admittedly some conditions do apply) - in my case the service was excellent, the staff were knowledgeable and courteous. Nothing seemed too much trouble, it felt like they actively went out of their way, to provide help you, and kept me upto date, with the progress of my repairs. Will certainly use them again, if needed and would recommend them with a doubt

Surprised by the TMR upgrade, giving more precision and performance on your control. Better get your controller upgraded/repaired rather than spending 60 quid for another controller just for stick drifting after a year.

Sent off 6 controllers for repair as it seems I am heavy handed with my left thumb which always damages the joysticks. All controllers came back sorting the problem. I had an issue with the down button on the D-Pad not working on one which was sent back and rectified with no additional cost apart from postage. Overall very happy getting 6 controllers back for just over the price of 1 new controller. I would advise OG Repairs to put on their website a slightly longer repair time as it doesn't make much difference and it is better to be accurate than late.
