Guys were excellent from start to finish, repair confirmed , drop off at post office, booked in, repaired and sent back all with in two weeks. Sent a video showing why my controllers need repaired, and different stages of repair. Great comms from team throughout , controllers are fixed for the less than price of a new one , would definately recommend

Top quality repair!

Gave in my son's PS5 controller for repair with the common stick drift issue and suggested to upgrade to TMR.

I went to the place to drop of the controller. The guy there said he can have it ready in a couple hours!

Not only did he complete the repair, the thorough transparency of video logs (pre fixing, and post fixing), as well as pictures of the repair was very reassuring and impressive. Something you don't see these days when it comes to going the extra mile!

Pricing was value for money in comparison to other local competitors i've looked into.

Will definitely use him again in the future!

Very courteous and friendly service. Having bought my controller direct from PSN less than 2 years ago it developed stick drift within 6 months which was very disappointing. However they feel secure as they are TMR joysticks and should last alot longer than the rubbish Sony use as default for the DualSense. The repair comes with a 12 month warranty at a reasonable price of £34.99 for the repair.

I'd definitely come back to OG repairs for any future console needs as they are local and as long as you book a time slot you will have your controller with you the same day even on a Saturday like I did.

Controller is 1000x better no drift and more responsive. Arma reforger is now more enjoyable to play!

Sent off 2 ps5 controllers for repair, one being sticking trackpad. Upon return this controller still has the issue but now also has affected R2 whereas it didn’t before repair.
Og repairs wanted me to send this back for assessment but I asked about postage. (Should be at their expense ) 3 days later no reply. So I’m guessing og repairs wanted it to come out of my pocket.
As I have found with most social media companies that advertise heavily showcasing their craftsmanship and customer care, OG repairs as with all the others I’ve dealt with fall massively short when something goes wrong. The only reason this isn’t 1 star is because they actually managed to repair the other controller without fault. Poor show and won’t be using them again

The after care is also great. When my old scuf controller died they brought it back to life from dead, for me personally it just needed an extra tweak after in the cables etc for response positioning [years of hard gaming!]

The custom controller they made for me was spot on. Because of customer service a base ps5 controller was upgraded with some reasonable discount - because its already open pile on the extras, chat to them! Shout out to jay and the people who did my order!

The aftercare being so readily accessible has meant im switching to these guys for my gaming needs, it has been a sore issue for years with other companies for me.

Yes could you get in touch with me? I've had some issues which I don't quite understand regarding address, and I believe I'm owed a partial refund for some work which was not carried out - due to a battery replacement not being possible.

This was such a fab experience! Such a smooth process, was fixed the same day few hours later. Also was given great advised on how to prevent things from happening etc. I was very pleased with how reasonable to the price was aswell. Defo recommend

Wow! I cannot fault this service whatsoever, I upgraded my Scuf controller to the latest TMR joysticks (say good-bye to stick drift FOREVER) and I was impressed with how fast the process was but also how good the communication was! I was informed all the way throughout and they even sent me photos/videos of everything they had done! Thank you for everything.

Had a pair of TMR Fitted in my Dualedge Controller, coz I was getting stick drift all the time. problem has been solve for good no. I'm super happy with my controller now.

Fast repair and upgrade of 2 controllers while I waited in the cafe. Videos supplied showing testing before and after.

Sent grandson’s controller to OG repairs in London, very good company received email to say they had received it and about 2 weeks later it was returned with 2sticks I had ordered for spare controller also they sent video of what they had done which was great. After using my grandson said Brilliant spot on, good company would use again
