Always very professional and helpful
Always very professional and helpful. Our account rep, Sonam Khedup is a credit to the company. He is a top-notch account manager, entering complicated bank details into the system for me, and later checking that the information went through correctly. I highly recommend OFX.

I have done approximately 5 transfers…
I have done approximately 5 transfers through OFX and the time to complete the deals varies greatly. My most recent experience, I was sure that I chose to do a bill payment to send the funds to them and I did so immediately because that process seems quicker than direct debit. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps I clicked direct debit. Anyway, it shows they received my direct debit funds on December 2 and now December 8 they are still showing it as in process. Secondly since I sent the funds via bill payment, I am asking for them to return those funds to my bank. They acknowledge having those funds and they have all of my bank account information in my personal details of my OFX registration but they will not return those funds to me until I provide them proof from my bank that I sent them the funds. This latest experience for me is so frustrating and in my opinion very poor customer service. It feels like they just don’t care and I am just a number while they sit on 2 x the amount of money that I intended to transfer
UPDATE: to be fair after I posted this review I received a call from Richard Srour who is one of the Managers in Canada. Richard was very empathetic to my situation and helped remedy it quickly with an alternate plan and helped me update my account so that I can prevent the possibility of choosing the wrong payment method in my case. He also mentioned that he would use this situation to help as a training opportunity for his team to help anyone who might be in a similar situation. Anyway, his quick action helped restore my faith in OFX. Some personal follow up was what I needed. Regards Ray

OFX asked me for the transactions and the prove of current balance (bank statement) !
Even governments hesitate to do so !!?
