Great client manager!
Sonja is my client manager and she was exceptional in helping me navigate my tight exchange deadlines. She was courteous and polite, highly professional. I was initially unsure about OFX after the long customer service line wait but Sonja completely changed my impression of OFX and I would highly recommend her!

Dave Swadel made what could have been a really stressful transaction so much easier. It was an outside the box situation, and Dave kept in touch, even calling me out of hours to help deal with issues in other time zones. Epic service and we got a great result!

I used Dave Swadel. He was amazing. Kept in touch online and via email. He also phoned me and talked me through the process of how to use my OFX account to transfer money from New Zealand to UK. I so appreciate his help and support in making this happen as I was very nervous about doing so, but it all went smoothly and allowed me great peace of mind. I will certainly be using him again to assist with any future transactions and would highly recommend this company and Dave Swadel

Dishonest and untrustworthy
This company has all the hallmarks of a financial services business riddled with financial mismanagement at best and fraud at worst. It has been a horrible experience dealing with them from start to finish. Drip feeding outrageous requests for additional information for 'compliance reasons' and then after all of these have been provided still sitting on the funds for extended periods while they 'review them'. Not to mention advertised rates only being available after you call them directly to query why the standard platform rates are so much worse. Many other red flags along the way also.

Easy to use website as had done this transaction (different amount) with same to and from sender before. Executed quickly and funds arrived from AUS to NZ the next day.

The process of transferring funds is…quick and easy.
The process of transferring funds is quick and easy especially if the funds are sent to an existing account that has been used previously. However, I do think that the cost of transfer is a bit expensive.
