Ok, recommending
Everything was fine, except the windshield washer fluid was empty or there was some other issue. A very nice lady helped us when we returned the car; we couldn’t lock it using the link, but everything worked out in the end. If we ever come back, we’ll rent through Offugo again.

Esperienza positiva con offUgo. Arrivati a Palma abbiamo preso il bus fino al parcheggio, il bus è appena fuori dall’aeroporto, impossibile non vederlo. in pochi minuti si arriva alla macchina e con l’app si fa tutto, si sblocca e si parte per la vacanza. L’auto era nuova, aveva solo 10 KM :) Anche la restituzione è stata semplice, tutto via app. Prima di consegnarla l’ho lavata e fatto il pieno. Dopo poco tempo è stato riaccreditata la somma fermata alla prenotazione.

It was easy to book a car via the platform. Pick up and drop off were easy and no need to meet the provider. The only downpount is that I had to pay for parking when I picked up the car even though I paid 30 euros to have the car from the airport. So pay attention for this point as the parking at airport could be pricy.
They have very responsive customers service via email.

Regarding the parking fee: just to clarify, as stated in our Terms & Conditions accepted during the booking process, the guest is responsible for the parking ticket upon exit. This fee corresponds only to the short time the car waits for you in the building; the 30€ service fee covers the logistics of bringing the car to the terminal so you can start your trip immediately without shuttle buses.

L’esperienza è stata totalmente positiva con un unico ma: se prenoto una citycar, non voglio ritrovarmi un furgone, soprattutto considerando le piccole vie di Mallorca in cui ci siamo avventurati. Il volo è atterrato a mezzanotte e non abbiamo avuto voglia di richiedere un cambio auto. Sia chiaro: il veicolo era perfetto e comodissimo da guidare, ma davvero troppo grande per ciò che serviva a noi. Nel complesso, esperienza ottima.

Purtroppo, lavorando con diversi fornitori, non possiamo mai garantire un modello specifico al 100%. Se il modello inizialmente assegnato non è disponibile al momento del tuo arrivo, offriamo sempre un "upgrade" gratuito a una categoria superiore per assicurarci che tu abbia comunque un veicolo eccellente pronto per il tuo viaggio.
Terremo comunque conto della tua preferenza per le citycar nei tuoi prossimi noleggi. Grazie ancora per la comprensione! 🚗

Awful experience
It might work for those who are satisfied with the car provided. It wasn't like that with me, and that's where problems started.
I booked a small car (Hyundai i10 or similar) to drive around dangerous roads on Mallorca and feel safe. However when I arrived at the airport parking a Renault Capture was waiting for me, which is far from similar to Hyundai i10. I'm not a confident driver so I was scared to drive this car that seemed huge to me.
As stated in the booking information I contacted the car provider who told me they don't have smaller cars. I then asked for a car similar size but at least with automatic transmission. They said they might have such but it will cost more, when I asked how much more they said they might not have it after all and why don't I try this car still. I then sat and thought for a while and decided I'm not driving this car after all.
I wrote an email to offugo (because be prepared that they don't have a PHONE NUMBER, you can only contact them by EMAIL) describing the problem and saying I won't take the car and asking how I should proceed with the keys, because you can only lock the car with the keys or with a button from the check-in page, and the button was not active.
I was in a hurry because I needed to drive to Soller and further that day, so while waiting for a reply from offugo I went and booked a car from another company (I won't say the name but it's one of those big guys, and it went perfectly smooth with them, so a thing to remember is to NEVER again book from an unknown aggregator).
While I was booking I waited and waited for an email from offugo (because remember they only have EMAIL as contact, pretty comfy huh?) and I got nothing. In the end I called the car provider again and asked them what to do with their car and the keys, to which they replied they don't know, and why don't I contact offugo. Then they told me - you know what, we actually have a Renault Clio for you. I said thanks very much, this is kinda not actual anymore, couldn't you tell me that half an hour ago when I actually asked for another car??
Anyway, no EMAIL from offugo still so I decide I just drive this other car I booked and take the keys to this Renault Capture car with me because I can't lock it otherwise. I was going to return the next day anyway, so I thought it would be ok.
While in Soller I actually get a CALL from offugo, so seems they can use a phone after all, good for them. A man tells me he understands my situation but that I should have left the keys in the car (and leave it unlocked or what did they think?) and that I now will have to pay 70-90 eur for the parking, this is for a bit more than 24 hours (why so much? No idea, it's like they seem to provide the most expensive parking in Spain) and that the sooner I return the car the better.
Ok, so my vacation is already spoiled so I decide to get back to Palma and return the freaking keys to the car provider (which appeared to be also an option after all but which the car provider failed to tell me when I actually ASKED what to do with the keys).
I returned to Palma and returned the keys. I never received another email from offugo that day though I emailed them more than once asking not to take the parking fee from me at least because I already paid them for the car I never used.
Next morning I received an email with an invoice for the parking, and it was 27 eur for 7.5 hours (like really striving to provide the most expensive parking ever).
I hope this review will prevent other people from making my mistake. As I wrote in the beginning, sure it can work if everything suits you but be prepared that if anything goes wrong you will be left with only EMAIL to contact these scammers and no reply when you need it urgently.

We completely understand that a larger car than expected can cause insecurity behind the wheel, especially on the island's roads. We are very sorry that the over-the-phone assistance you received from the local provider was not adequate; they should have provided an immediate solution or instructed you to leave the keys inside the vehicle so they could recover it themselves, without making you lose your valuable time. As those responsible for your booking, we take full responsibility for that lack of agility in the response.
Regarding the parking cost, we want you to know that these rates are set directly by the airport (AENA), but we understand that after such a difficult time, receiving that charge was the last straw. For this reason, we want to inform you that offUgo will cover this expense; we will refund the full parking amount and offer you compensation for the future. We do not want this misunderstanding, which was never your intention, to tarnish your memory of Mallorca.
We will contact you immediately to process the refund, and we hope this gesture demonstrates that, for us, people always come before processes. We sincerely apologize on behalf of the entire offUgo team and hope you can give us another chance in the near future.

Two week vehicle hire while in Cala Bona
We had a hire vehicle for two weeks while on Holliday and must say it was the quickest and easiest way we have ever hired a vehicle. The vehicle was a new model and well kept with no issues. The company was very responsive when extending our booking. Highly recommend.
