Great customer service!
Called to ask about purchasing with a PO. Rep took our order over the phone and sent a quote. Our order shipped almost immediately when we supplied our PO and arrived in less than 48 hours. The piece is beautiful and has received many compliments, directions were easy to follow for quick assembly, and the price was the right. Very happy with our order and the product.

Outstanding customer service, office furniture arrived quick.

Good material, good finishing. what i need to get invoice for the order, it is hard to find the invoice at all when i follow the order in the website. there is not link to lead me to the invoice.

Received boxes that are beyond destroyed, reached out to customer service and they will not ship anything even thou we sent pictures. boxes that almost like like they are dropped off a 2nd story building. Do not purchase from here 3rd issue we had with them.

I ordered a Desk and David and his staff were great. It was a tricky delivery but they made it happen ahead of schedule.

I will definitely buy from them again.

Every staff person I have interacted with has been helpful, kind, pleasant and efficient. Particularly Sean, he went above and beyond in researching information to help me order the correct item that my organization needed. Very grateful for his diligence.

I ordered two desks for our office. The first desk was missing two pieces. The second desk had about 6 pieces that were significantly damaged. The representative was extremely nice and helpful regarding replacement pieces, but it very unfortunate to order two products and both have issues.

The company provided clear expectations as well as the assembly of the furniture. I had no issues with this company.

It was easy to order and browse the website. However, the shipping company was very difficult to work with. The furniture was not as high of quality as I expected - many parts arrived scratched and almost every corner and edge is not finished nicely - they are rough finishes and it's visible. The furniture is pretty, but I'm disappointed in the quality.

I called with a question about your price matching. Shawn explained it and compared the prices. He was able to give me a reduction, but just as important, he was quick and very friendly. It was a pleasant exchange.

Easy website to navigate. Loved how when I needed tax exempt, I was able to give a reference number so they could see everything I'd already entered in my cart. Very streamlined process. Will be using them again!

Shawn answered all of my questions, and worked with me to be competitive on pricing with another company I had gotten a lower price from. He also arranged to ship the pieces that were in stock now, and ship the other piece when it came in. I really appreciated that. He was pleasant on the phone and easy to do business with.

I also did another review of this company and it is totally a 5 star. I absolutely love our conference table, but more importantly, I wanted to report and must say that there are NOT enough stars to give my Customer Service rep Sean, who was and is absolutely wonderful. Kind, considerate, professional, and understanding. Who quickly responded to any and all my questions. Kept me up to date and no question or concern was too small to handle. Office Furniture 2 go, Sean is a fine upstanding example of your company. Bravo! More importantly this is a person that is a great value to your company. Keep up the good work, KEEP SEAN!!! He deserves a pat on the back, a raise and above all else recognition for the great customer service he provides to so many of us out here. Good customer support, nice furniture

I was tasked with ordering furniture for the 5 executives I support. It's been stressful and had go back to the drawing board several times. OfficeFurniture2Go was my last resort.

Shawn was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He reassured me he could still get the 4 credenza's in Modern Walnut even though the website didn't list the color I needed.

Shawn was thorough and went above and beyond to make the purchase easy and stress-free from beginning to end.

I am confident I will be a repeat customer simply because of Shawn and his professionalism. He deserves a bonus!

A fantastic experience, I highly recommend this company.

Very poor communication from shipping company. Never called, just showed up and expected our office to drop everything (out patients) and accept the delivery which they wanted to leave on the sidewalk.

I was completely impressed with Shawn. I needed tax exemption so he took over the order. Everything involved was completed within 6 mins! WOW
